Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. The described techniques provide for a network entity to indicate one or more wake-up radio (WUR) configurations to a user equipment (UE), which may communicate a desired WUR configuration with the network entity. The UE may indicate a request for the desired WUR configuration, may multiplex the request with another signal associated with the UE, or both. Additionally, or alternatively, the network entity may indicate a single WUR configuration to the UE, which may be determined according to desired configurations, a class of WUR, or both associated with a group of UEs including the UE. Such techniques may support a reduced overall power expenditure of the UE by improving WUR operation.

Abstract: A UE may receive, from a base station, a first configuration associated with transmitting a low priority UL channel and a second configuration associated with transmitting a high priority UL channel concurrent in time with the low priority UL channel. The UE may cancel the transmission of the low priority UL channel to transmit the high priority UL channel independently, or multiplex the low priority UL channel with the high priority UL channel to transmit both the low priority UL channel and the high priority UL channel together based on a third configuration received from the base station or at least one condition. At least one condition includes a power headroom, a coding rate of high priority data/UCI, or a percentage of resource in high UL channel that is taken by low priority UL transmissions.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive an indication of parameters associated with a temporary bandwidth part (BWP) switch from a first BWP to a second BWP. The parameters may include a time duration for the temporary BWP switching procedure, a network antenna configuration for the second BWP, transmission parameters for communications scheduled in the second BWP, or a combination thereof. The UE may switch from the first BWP to the second BWP in accordance with the temporary BWP switching procedure and communicate with a network entity using the indicated parameters. For example, the UE may receive one or more downlink messages or transmit one or more uplink messages in accordance with the indicated parameters. Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A user equipment (UE) may identify a synchronization signal block (SSB) timing for receiving SSBs in accordance with periodic SSB transmission occasions. The UE may transmit a scheduling request (SR) requesting an uplink grant for an uplink transmission. The UE may start a timer associated with monitoring for the uplink grant from a network entity based on transmitting the SR, where starting the timer may be delayed with respect to the SR transmission. For example, the UE may start the timer after the SR is transmitted and at a first time that satisfies a first threshold duration prior to a first SSB transmission occasion of the periodic SSB transmission occasions. In some cases, the UE may start the timer based on the SR being transmitted at a time that satisfies a second threshold duration after an SSB transmission occasion.

Abstract: Systems and method for configuring and providing uplink control information (UCI) multiplexing on physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmissions are disclosed. In embodiments, a base station configures and signals, to a user equipment (UE) a plurality of sets of beta-offset values to be used by the UE for multiplexing a UCI transmission of a first priority to a PUSCH transmission of a second priority. Each set of the plurality of sets of beta-offset values is configured based on the second priority of the PUSCH transmission. In embodiments, the UE determines whether the UCI transmission of the first priority is allowed to be multiplexed to the PUSCH transmission of the second priority, and multiplexes the UCI to the PUSCH when multiplexing of the UCI and PUSCH is allowed, using a beta-offset value from the plurality of sets of beta-offset values.
