摘要： A compact and light-weight pneumatically operated screw driver providing high speed screw fastening with high operability. A rotary member rotationally driven by a pneumatic motor includes a main rotary member made from a plastic material and a sliding segment fixed to the main rotary member. A rotation slide member is axially slidably movable relative to the rotary member and is rotatable together with the rotation of the rotary member. A shut-off section is provided on which the rotation slide member is rotationally seated when the rotation slide member is moved toward the shut-off section. The rotation slide member is made from an elastic material. A sleeve like piston having a seal ring in sliding contact with a cylinder is provided. The seal ring shuts off a supply of compressed air to the pneumatic motor only by the seating of the rotation slide member onto the shut-off section.

摘要： In a vibration wave linear motor, a vibrator stably operates with a simple and small configuration. Both ends of a movable guide member are held by shaft bearing long holes to freely oscillate, and an angle of an inclination φ occurs according to the move of the vibrator. An inner wall of an erecting part of a supporting part also serves as a stopper, and regulates the move of the vibrator in a position where the inclination of the movable guide member becomes θ>φ at the maximum. As a result, the inclination of the movable guide member is always kept to be within the range of θ>φ. A problem that the inclining movable guide member contacts a portion other than a driving contacting part is prevented.

摘要： A vibrator of a vibration wave linear motor comprises two and one driving contacting parts respectively on top and bottom surfaces. A first guide member contacts the two driving contacting parts on the top surface, and both ends of a second guide member are pressed upward by spiral springs, and pressing forces are applied respectively between the driving contacting parts and the first and the second guide members. The three driving contacting parts convert elliptical vibrations, which are generated by applying a voltage to a vibrator unit, into driving force, whereby the vibrator self-runs in a direction indicated by a bidirectional arrow d with reference to the first and the second guide members. the self-running of the vibrator is conveyed, via a pin member and an engaging protruding part, to the lens frame, which then slides.

In the linear motor, two guide members sandwich two vibrators, which are individually and electrically connected to a driving circuit by a flexible board and an electrode connecting part, and individually driven with an independent operation. 摘要： A thin-film magnetic head, a magnetoresistance effect magnetic head and an MR inductive head are disclosed. The thin-film magnetic head has one of thin-film magnetic cores stacked on a substrate and formed of two magnetic films and a non-magnetic film held between them, with a current flowing through the thin-film magnetic core in the direction of hard axis thereof. The magnetoresistance effect magnetic head has one of a pair of shield cores having a magnetoresistive element between them formed of two magnetic films and a non-magnetic film held between them, the magnetoresistive element being electrically connected to the shield core, with a sense current flowing through the shield core. The current flowing through the one shield core via the magnetoresistive element is preferably an AC of decrement amplitude for demagnetizing the shield core along with a DC sense current. Also, this current preferably flows in the direction of hard axis of the shield core so that magnetic properties of the shield core are stabilized or demagnetized by the magnetic field generated in the direction of easy axis. The MR inductive head has a second thin-film magnetic core as a common magnetic body of an MR head and an inductive head on one substrate, formed of two magnetic films and a non-magnetic film held between them, with a current flowing through the second thin-film magnetic core in the direction of hard axis thereof.
