Abstract: Disclosed is an electronic device includes a wireless communication circuit configured to support Bluetooth communication; at least one processor operatively connected to the wireless communication circuit; and a memory operatively connected to the at least one processor, wherein the memory stores one or more instructions that, when executed, cause the at least one processor to perform a plurality a plurality of operations comprising: receiving first data transmitted from a first external electronic device via a first link between the electronic device and the first external electronic device; when an acknowledgement (ACK) is not received from a second external electronic device, determining that the first external electronic device or the electronic device should retransmit the first data to the second external electronic device based on at least one of status information about the electronic device, status information about the first external electronic device, communication quality of the first link, or communication quality of the second link.
