Abstract: An object of this technology is for one apparatus to effectively notify the other apparatus whether or not synchronization target clocks are correctly synchronized therebetween. A wireless apparatus includes a main control section, a wireless control section, and a clock synchronization management section. The main control section manages time using a first clock (synchronization target clock). The wireless control section manages time using a second clock (reference clock). The synchronization management section manages a clock synchronization state. The wireless control section notifies another wirelessly connected wireless apparatus of information regarding the clock synchronization state through transmission of a frame.

Abstract: Provided is an information processing device capable of operating in accessibility mode of guaranteeing browsing corresponding to disability or functional degeneration of a body of an operator. A source device checks whether each sink device is in accessibility mode at the time of connection, and determines whether or not metadata for supporting disability (for example, audios, videos, texts, vibration information, or the like) is added to the sink device in the accessibility mode at the time of transmission of original image/audio data. The source device changes a metadata transmission method in accordance with whether the accessibility mode of each sink device is turned on or off.

Abstract: A control apparatus that transmits a confirmation request to confirm whether a direct communication is possible to each terminal as a target of the direct communication. Each terminal confirms whether the direct communication is possible and transmits the confirmation result to the control apparatus. The control apparatus judges whether the direct communication is possible based on the confirmation result transmitted from the terminal and transmits a switch request for the direct communication to the terminal side. Therefore, a situation where a communication cannot actually be established when switching to the direct communication can be avoided.

The first mode is a mode in which power consumption is smaller than in the second mode. The second mode is a mode in which the mobile communication terminal is capable of transmitting or receiving data in the first wireless communication scheme.

The present technique can be applied, for example, to an optical transmission system.
