Abstract: The following relates generally to aiding underwriting and insurance agents. In some embodiments, one or more processors: (1) receive, with an AI chatbot (or voice bot) of the one or more processors, an input statement; (2) determine, with the AI chatbot, from the received input statement, a type of insurance policy; (3) determine, with the AI chatbot, from the input statement, a question corresponding to the type of insurance policy; (4) determine, with the AI chatbot, an answer to the question by retrieving insurance information based upon (i) the type of insurance policy, and/or (ii) the question; and/or (5) present, via the AI chatbot, the answer to the question.

Abstract: The present methods and systems relate to using and accessing data stored in a blockchain, and in particular, interacting with the blockchain and users to provide bank card activation services using smart contracts. The methods and systems include (1) receiving a credit card application package associated with a credit card, wherein the credit card application package includes credit card information and a set of user information, (2) verifying the credit card information and the set of user information, (3) checking the credit card information and the set of user information against the smart contract stored on the blockchain, wherein the smart contract includes a set of conditions, and (4) activating the credit card when the credit card information and the set of user information satisfy the set of conditions stored in the smart contract.

Abstract: Systems and methods are described for detecting a leak based upon home telematics data. The method may include: (1) receiving home telematics data from one or more sensors associated with one or more pipes (or piping systems) in a structure, wherein the home telematics data is indicative of the frequency with which the one or more pipes are being used; (2) determining, using a trained machine learning algorithm, pipe activity associated with the one or more pipes is occurring at an irregular frequency; (3) determining, based upon at least the determination that the pipe activity associated with the one or more pipes is occurring at the irregular frequency, that the one or more pipes are leaking; and (4) transmitting an indication to a user associated with the home that the one or more pipes are leaking.

Abstract: A system and method for detecting blockages and/or leaking in a piping system. The travel speed, travel time, movement, images, audio, odor, and/or other data provided by a robot ball moving through the piping system may indicate if a blockage or leak exists. An electronic notification may be sent detailing the blockage and/or leak, which may include a location and corrective action.

Abstract: Methods and systems for managing and/or processing a blockchain to maintain data security for confidential and/or personal data are provided. According to certain aspects, the disclosed data security techniques may enable access sharing functionality utilizing the blockchain. For example, access sharing may be utilized to share policy information. The policy information may be associated with a smart contract. Accordingly, the policy information may be encrypted using a public key for the smart contract and compiled into a block of the blockchain. In response to a request to provide access to the information to a particular node, the private key for the smart contract may be encrypted using the public key for the particular node and compiled into a block of the blockchain.

Abstract: The following relates generally to using augmented reality (AR) for inspection of a property. In some examples, underlay layer data may be received (e.g., from a camera of an AR viewer device); and overlay layer data may be received (e.g., from a different camera or other overlay layer device). An AR display may be created by correlating the underlay layer data with the overlay layer data. A property inspection indicia may be identified based upon the correlated overlay layer data.

Abstract: Methods and systems for processing a blockchain comprising a plurality of immutable sales records corresponding to sales made by agents of an entity are provided. According to certain aspects, a transaction request indicating a sale made by an agent of the entity may be received at a first node. A block including a sales record indicating the sale made by the agent may be added to a blockchain and transmitted to another node for validation. The first node may add the block to a copy of the blockchain, where the block may be identified by a hash value that references a previous block in the blockchain that includes at least one additional sales record.

Abstract: Systems and methods for facilitating virtual collaboration between users within virtual environments are disclosed. A plurality of users access a collaborative virtual environment system at various times using interface devices to establish an asynchronous virtual collaboration session in which users collaborate in real-time and/or asynchronously. To enable asynchronous collaboration, data from virtual collaboration session is stored and presented to later users, including user movements and interactions with the environment, user annotation, and audio communications or comments. Other users may then access the data at a later time, and later user interactions, annotations, and audio may likewise be stored for further review by other users.
