    摘要: The wire 30 forming the stator winding 20 includes the in-slot portions 40 to be disposed in the slots 14 and 15 of the stator core 12 and the turned portions 42 connecting the in-slot portions 40 disposed in the circumferentially different slots 14 and 15. The turned portions 42 formed on axial opposite end sides of the stator core 12. The crank portion 44 which does not twist is formed at substantially the center of the turned portion 42. Steps are formed at sections of the turned portion 42 which protrude outside the stator core 12 from the slots 14 and 15. Further, the turned portion 42 of the wire 30 also has two steps 48 formed between the substantially central crank portion 44 and each of the steps 46 formed at the protruding sections of the turned portion 42.

    摘要: In a stator coil of a rotary electric machine, a first crank portion radially shifts one side of a turn portion from the other side thereof by a first length. The one side extends to one of paired straight portions, and the other side extends to the other thereof. A second crank portion radially shifts one side of a turn portion from the other side thereof by a second length. The one side extends to one of the paired straight portions, and the other side extends to the other thereof. The first length is equivalent to a radial width of the turn portion of the first segment of each set. The second length allows the second crank portion of the second segment of each of the sets to substantially overlay the first crank portion of the first segment of each set.

    摘要: A stator includes a stator core, a stator coil comprised of a plurality of electric wires, and at least one restraint. Each of the electric wires has a plurality of in-slot portions received in slots of the stator core and a plurality of turn portions that are located outside of the slots to connect the in-slot portions. The restraint is mounted to end parts of the turn portions belonging to a turn portion group of the electric wires to restrain relative radial movement between the turn portions of the turn portion group. All the turn portions of the turn portion group protrude from the same slot of the stator core. The end parts of the turn portions respectively adjoin the in-slot portions of the electric wires received in the same slot of the stator core and align with each other in a radial direction of the stator core.

The turn portions include specific turn portions which are the same in a circumferential position as the turn portion connected to one of the return portion. The first and second windings are jointed to each other via a joined portion disposed in a specific slot among the slots.

The measuring portion forms a calibration line based on a first waveform detected by the first sensor and a second waveform detected by the second sensor. The measuring portion calculates a discharge amount based on the calibration line.

    摘要: A stator core for a rotary electric machine is provided. The stator includes an annular stator core having a plurality of slots punched and arranged in the circumferential direction, being straight in the axial direction, and a stator winding consisting of wire members. The wire members have respective straight portions accommodated in respective slots. Each of the wire members has a conductor portion having a rectangular cross section and an insulating coating covering the conductor portion. An adhesive member is provided between each of the straight portions and the wall surface of each slot. In each slot, the adhesive member adheres the straight portions to the wall surface. Thus, the stator core can maintain the space factor of the wire members accommodated in each slot and suppress vibration of the wire members during the operation of the rotary electric machine to reliably reduce generation of peculiar noise or magnetic noise.

The stator coil has a coil end part that protrudes from an axial end face of the stator core so as to be located outside slots of the stator core. The electric wires forming the stator coil are grouped into a plurality of electric wire sets. Each of the electric wire sets consists of a predetermined number of the electric wires which are electrically connected to one another. The stator coil further includes a plurality of bridging wires. Each of the bridging wires extends, on an axially outer periphery of the coil end part of the stator coil, to electrically connect a corresponding pair of the electric wire sets. Further, at least two of the bridging wires are fixed to one another.
