    摘要: A method for producing an electric motor having a coil includes providing a coil core where the coil core has a slot which extends in a longitudinal direction of the coil core. The method further includes introducing a slot insulation into the slot such that the slot insulation projects beyond the coil core in the longitudinal direction and forms a projection, introducing a conductor material layer by layer into the slot, and using a first layer of the conductor material to retain the slot insulation in a region of the projection during an introduction of a second layer of the conductor material into the slot.

    摘要: An apparatus for assembling a coil includes a blade inserted into a slot of a stator core in a state where insulating paper is inserted into the slot. In a method for assembling the coil, the insulating paper is inserted into the slot of the stator core, the blade is inserted into the slot into which the insulating paper is inserted, the coil is inserted into the slot into which the blade is inserted, the coil being inserted in a direction opposite to a direction in which the blade is inserted. When the coil is inserted into the slot, the blade is pulled out from the slot along with the insertion of the coil into the slot.

The leading guide member has a quadrilateral shape when viewed in a longitudinal direction. The leading guide member is inclined with one end portion side in a radial direction of the stator core as an apex, and has a shape tapered toward a center line along the radial direction of the stator core; and the apex is arranged on an outer side in the radial direction of the stator core.

    摘要: Apparatus and method for winding coils of dynamoelectric machines, wherein a coil comprises members formed of leg portions (19a, 190a). The leg portions (19a, 190a) being inserted in slots (17,170) of cores (18,180) of the dynamo electric machine, wherein the slots (17,170) are provided with insulation members (33,330) for lining the walls of the slots (17,170). The area (23, 230) adjacent an edge of a passage (22) is aligned with the end (32, 320) of an insulation member (33, 330) of a slot (17,170) for engaging the end (32,320) of the insulation member (33,330) during insertion of the leg portions (19a, 190a).

    摘要: An electrical power feed-through system for external energy supply to an electric motor located within a sealed housing, in which one or more motor winding wires of the electric motor are each fed through an electrically insulating sleeve in a portion of an end segment of the motor winding wire, wherein the motor winding wire is enclosed in the segment by the sleeve forming a hermetic seal, and each sleeve has an at least partially conical contact area, which corresponds with an at least partially conical hole that passes through a dividing wall of the housing, into which hole the sleeve is pressed in such a way that the hole is sealed, and the motor winding wire that is fed through the sleeve (17) is fed though the dividing wall (15a).
