Abstract: A thin-film transistor (TFT) array substrate is provided. Abstract: A method of manufacturing a transistor display panel and a transistor display panel, the method including forming a polycrystalline silicon layer on a substrate; forming an active layer by patterning the polycrystalline silicon layer; forming a first insulating layer covering the substrate and the active layer; exposing the active layer by polishing the first insulating layer using a polishing apparatus; and forming a second insulating layer that contacts the first insulating layer and the active layer, wherein exposing the active layer by polishing the first insulating layer includes coating a first slurry on a surface of the first insulating layer, the first slurry reducing a polishing rate of the active layer.

Abstract: A display device includes a display panel that includes a pixel, a variable light transmission layer disposed on the display panel and that includes liquid crystal molecules, and a lens layer disposed on the variable light transmission layer and that includes lenses and a polarization pattern. The polarization pattern overlaps a boundary area between adjacent lenses. The display device operates in a 2D image mode that provides a 2D image or a 3D image mode that provides a 3D image, and the polarization pattern transmits light when the display device operates in 2D image mode, and blocks light when the display device operates in 3D image mode.

The optical coupler includes: an optical waveguide including the first, second and emission surfaces, and a third surface; a beam splitter in the optical waveguide; and a concave mirror adjacent to the third surface of the optical waveguide, and wherein the controller moves the concave mirror in correspondence with depth information included in the 3D modeling data.
