Abstract: Methods and apparatuses for power saving operations. A method of a UE includes receiving a configuration for a number of RS resource sets, a configuration for a PO over slots in time, an indication for activation or deactivation of one or more RS resources from the number of RS resource sets, and the one or more RS resources from the number of RS resource sets when the indication is for activation. The RS resource sets include a number of RS resources. The number of RS resource sets are associated with respective spatial parameters. The PO includes a number of PDCCH reception occasions. The number of PDCCH reception occasions are associated with respective spatial parameters for PDCCH receptions. The method further includes determining a PDCCH reception occasion from the number of PDCCH reception occasions. The PDCCH reception occasion has a same spatial parameter as a RS resource set from the number of RS resource sets.

Abstract: Methods and apparatuses for operating in different bandwidth parts (BWPs). Abstract: A user equipment (UE), a base station (BS), and a method for managing UE operation in C-DRX. A processor is configured to determine an indication by the field to not start the drx-onDurationTimer, and determine reception occasions for the first set of CSI-RS resources during the ON duration. The transceiver is configured to receive the first set of CSI-RS resources or the SS/PBCH blocks during at least one of the reception occasions. The processor is also configured to determine a CSI report based on a reception occasion, which can be transmitted using the PUCCH resource during the ON duration.

Abstract: A user equipment (UE), a base station, and a method for receiving physical downlink control channels (PDCCHs). The UE is also configured to determine an indication to either receive the PDCCHs when the PDCCH reception occasion does not overlap with an extended Active Time of the second DRX cycle or to suspend reception of the PDCCHs when the PDCCH reception occasion overlaps with the extended Active Time of the second DRX cycle. The UE is also configured to receive the PDCCHs at the PDCCH reception according to the determined indication.
