Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a pre-5th-generation (5G) or 5G communication system to be provided for supporting higher data rates beyond 4th-generation (4G) communication system such as a long term evolution (LTE). Various examples of the present disclosure provide a method of allocating sounding reference signal (SRS) resources. A base station of a target cell receives information of first cell edge terminals in an adjacent cell transmitted by the adjacent cell. The base station allocates SRS resources for a terminal in the target cell according to information of second cell edge terminals in the target cell and the information of the first cell edge terminals, and transmits information of the allocated SRS resources to the terminal. According to the mechanism, when there are cell edge terminals in both the target cell and the adjacent cell, it can be guaranteed that all SRS resources allocated to cell edge devices in the target cell are orthogonal to those allocated to cell edge devices in the adjacent cell. Thus, the impact of pilot contamination on system performances may be remarkably reduced.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for interference cancellation which includes: calculating a mean value and a variance value of a received signal to obtain statistics information of the received signal; calculating an estimating log-likelihood ratio using the statistics information of the received signal; calculating a decoding log-likelihood ratios of the received signal using the estimating log-likelihood ratio of the received signal, and performing calculations to update the statistics information of the received signal; repeating the above steps for a pre-determined number of times, performing hard decisions on the decoding log-likelihood ratios of the received signal, and outputting data bits obtained from the hard decision. The present disclosure also provides an apparatus, an auxiliary method, a base station and a terminal device for interference cancellation. The mechanism of the present disclosure can reduce the impact of inherent interference in the FBMC/OQAM system on system performances, and increase spectral efficiency and design flexibility of the FBMC/OQAM system.

A transmitter, comprising a mapping module, a modulating module and a transmitting module, wherein the mapping module is to map an original DB with at least one symbol to a first resource block (RB), preprocess the original DB, and map the preprocessed original DB to a second RB, the modulating module is to modulate data of the first RB and the second RB, by using FBMC modulation, and, the transmitting module is to transmit the data modulated.

The present disclosure also discloses a corresponding transmitter. With the present disclosure, transmitting diversity may be realized in a large-scale antenna system.
