Abstract: Accordingly, embodiments herein disclose a method for monitoring deviation in location information of a VAL User Equipment (VAL-UE) in a wireless network. The method includes receiving, by a Location Management Service (LMS) of a Service Enabler Architecture Layer (SEAL) server, a monitor location subscription request from a VAL server. Further, the method includes determining, by the LMS of the SEAL server, the location information of the VAL-UE. Further, the method includes sending, by the LMS, a monitor location subscription response to the VAL server, where the monitor location subscription response indicates that the LMS of the SEAL server accepts the monitor location subscription request to monitor the deviation in the location information of the VAL-UE. Further, the method includes monitoring problematic event(s) of the VAL-UE in the wireless network.

The method further includes creating, by the group management server, the at least one VAL group. The method further includes obtaining, by the group management server, external group identifier information for identifying a group of member User Equipments (UEs) of the at least one VAL group at a 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) core network. The method further includes sending, by the group management server, a creation response to the group management client, on obtaining the external group identifier information for the created at least one VAL group.

The present disclosure may be applied to intelligent services based on the 5G communication technology and the IoT-related technology, such as smart home, smart building, smart city, smart car, connected car, health care, digital education, smart retail, security and safety services. Accordingly, the embodiments herein disclose a method for providing a generic framework to manage a custom subscription over a SIP. The method includes sending at least one request with a plurality of parameters to a server SIP node (200) for any type of data over a SIP regardless of an event package is available or not. The custom subscription is managed by one of creating the custom subscription, modifying the custom subscription, deleting the custom subscription, notifying the custom subscription, and terminating the custom subscription using the plurality of parameters. Further, the method includes providing a subscription for a location management service associated with the server SIP node (200) over the SIP regardless of the event package is available or not. The server SIP node (200) allows a client SIP node (100) to manage a location information using the plurality of parameters.

Abstract: The embodiments herein provide a method for managing short data service (SDS) disposition notifications in a Mission Critical Data (MCData) communication system. The method includes identifying, by a receiving MCData User Equipment (UE), SDS disposition request type Information Element (IE) in a SDS message received from a transmitting MCData UE.
