    摘要: This invention provides a method and a system to deposit a thin layer of very reactive metals by plasma enhanced atomic layer deposition (PEALD). The very reactive metals, selected from the highly electropositive elements include alkaline earth metals, group III metals, and some transition and rare earth metals. The method is comprised of sequentially pulsing one of above mentioned metal containing organometallic precursors and a hydrogen plasma as a reducing agent into a high vacuum reaction chamber containing a substrate surface with pulsed or continuous flow of an inert purge gas between each pulsing step. The system comprising a very high efficiency H plasma source, the high vacuum reactor chamber, an anti-corrosion turbo pump and a high vacuum load lock is required for reducing contaminant gases such as O2, H2O, and CO2, and for increasing hydrogen plasma efficiency.

In one aspect, a method of a query editor includes generating a data profile which includes a set of characteristics captured at various granularities of an initial result set generated from an initial query using a processor and a memory. The method determines what a user expects in the initial result set of the initial query and/or a subsequent result set of a subsequent query based on the data profile and/or a heuristically estimated data profile. The method includes enabling the user to evaluate a semantic accuracy of the subsequent query based on the likely expectation of the user as determined through the set of characteristics of the data profile. The set of characteristics may include metadata of the initial query.

    摘要: A method and apparatus for determining the relative locations of nodes in a wireless network is disclosed. A list of neighboring nodes of a master node of the wireless network is generated and, from this list, a list of independent nodes is generated. An adjacency table for the independent nodes is then generated by examining the neighbors of dependent nodes. Two independent nodes are determined to be adjacent nodes only if they are the only neighboring nodes of a dependent node. Relative locations of nodes in wireless network may be determined from the adjacency table.
