摘要: A laminated body of rubber layers includes: a resin layer formed from a polyester resin or a polyamide resin; a rubber layer formed from a rubber composition containing a diene rubber; and an adhesive layer disposed between the resin layer and the rubber layer. The adhesive rubber composition contains a modified rubber composition (A) or a modified rubber composition (B) both having a number average molecular weight of 70,000 to 110,000. The modified rubber composition (A) is formed from a modified butyl rubber (1) formed by reacting, with a butyl rubber, a compound having in a molecule a nitroxide free radical that is stable at ambient temperature in the presence of oxygen, a radical initiator, and a co-crosslinking agent. The modified rubber composition (B) is formed by compounding the co-crosslinking agent with a modified butyl rubber (2) formed by reacting the compound and the radical initiator with the butyl rubber.

摘要: Provided are a method and a kit for recovering puncture repair liquid, which have made it possible to easily and quickly dispose of spent puncture repair liquid. The method for recovering puncture repair liquid according to the present invention uses a kit for recovering the puncture repair liquid which is provided with a coagulant for coagulating the puncture repair liquid and a flexible bag containing the puncture repair liquid, and includes injecting the puncture repair liquid drawn from the inside of a tire into the bag, mixing the puncture repair liquid and the coagulant in the bag, and recovering the puncture repair liquid in a coagulated state.

摘要: A tire puncture sealant including a urethane emulsion, an acrylic emulsion or a polyolefin emulsion, and an antifreezing agent has a comparatively low viscosity and an excellent storage stability while showing sealing properties equivalent to those of a conventional tire puncture sealant. A tire puncture sealant including a synthetic resin emulsion and an antifreezing agent, and having a hydrogen ion exponent of 5.5 to 8.5 has a less pungent odor and hardly causes corrosion of steel cord. A tire puncture sealant including a chloroprene emulsion and an antifreezing agent and having a hydrogen ion exponent of less than 9.0 has a comparatively low viscosity and a less odor while showing sealing properties equivalent to those of a conventional tire puncture sealant.

摘要: Disclosed is a urethane emulsion exhibiting excellent stability, whose cured product is excellent in water resistance. Specifically disclosed is a urethane emulsion obtained by stirring a urethane prepolymer composition containing a carboxylated urethane prepolymer, water and a neutralizing agent at a shear rate of 5,000-19,000 s−1. The carboxylated urethane prepolymer is obtained by reacting a polyisocyanate compound having two or more isocyanate groups, a polyol compound having two or more hydroxy groups and a carboxylated compound having two or more hydroxy groups and one or more carboxy groups under such a condition that the molar ratio of the isocyanate group to the carboxy group is within the range of 12-200.
