    摘要: Provided is a fiber reinforced cement based mixed material capable of securing high tensile strength and high toughness even after development of a crack. A fiber reinforced cement based mixed material contains cement, a mineral admixture, water, a chemical admixture, aggregate particles, and fibers, the aggregate particles contained in the fiber reinforced cement based mixed material in a proportion of 50 to 95% in terms of a weight ratio to the total weight of the cement and the mineral admixture, wherein a mean particle diameter of the aggregate particles is 0.2 to 0.8 mm, and at least some of the fibers is formed to be a bumpy fiber having asperities formed in the surface thereof, and a ratio (h/H) of a depth h of each of recessed portions among the asperities of the bumpy fiber to a smallest cross-sectional diameter H thereof is 0.05 to 0.8.

    摘要: An initial layout of one pitch unit of a tire tread pattern is decided. A finite element model of a tire is created by developing the one pitch unit of the initial layout into a plurality of pitches in the circumferential direction of the tire to carry out a structural analysis. Evaluation indices calculated through the analysis are integrated into one pitch unit for each element associated with the indices. The elements are classified according to the magnitudes of the integrated evaluation indices to determine a plurality of classes to which elements subject to removal belong, and elements to be removed are selected from each of classes thus determined. Elements to be added are selected from among the elements which have been removed to decide a layout of the current generation. A finite element model of a tire is created by developing the layout of the current generation into a plurality of pitches to carry out a structural analysis, and convergence of an objective function is determined.

    摘要: There is provided a multi-shaft rotary creel where the degree of freedom for warping can be further improved as compared with the conventional single shaft rotary creel and occurrence of tension fluctuations can be prevented. There are further provided a sample warper and a warping method where warping can be performed efficiently by installing the multi-shaft rotary creel. The multi-shaft rotary creel comprises: a base body; a main shaft rotatably mounted on the base body so as to project forward, a plurality of supporting shafts rotatably mounted on a forward projecting portion of the main shaft; and a plurality of bobbins mountable on each of the supporting shafts, which is installed opposing to a sample warper with a plurality of yarn guides, and wherein, while the main shaft or each of the supporting shafts rotates in synchronism with rotation of the yarn guides, simultaneous warping of plural yarns by the main shaft or each of the supporting shafts can be performed.

    摘要: An inclined function material is formed with an iron layer on a surface of a carbon material. This material can be used in a carbon base member and does not limit the choice of desired characteristics in a carbon base member. The process by which the carbon base member is formed also ensures the iron layer is integrated firmly with the surface of the carbon material. A suitable amount of an iron powder having a particle diameter of 5 to 15 &mgr;m is placed directly on the surface of a carbon material, which is sintered in advance under suitable conditions, and stuck to the surface uniformly and flatly. The iron powder and the carbon material are sintered at 1000° C. to 1300° C. and preferably 1050 to 1150° C. for 1 to 2 hours and preferably about 1.5 hours to form a carbon base member in which the iron layer is formed on one surface of the carbon base member.

    摘要: With a method for constructing a water intake pipe, a vertical shaft 10 is constructed, and a shield tunnel 12 is constructed by causing a shield driving machine to advance from the vertical shaft 10 toward a seashore by breaking the wall of the vertical shaft 10. The tunnel 12 becomes a water intake pipe after the tunnel is constructed, and is built by annularly assembling segments 14 one after another at the rear side of the shield driving machine in line with the advancement thereof. Two types of segments 14, RC segments 18 and ductile segments 20, are used. The segments 20 are provided with water intake pores clogged by clogging members. After the tunnel 12 is constructed, workmen enter the shield tunnel 12 with compressed air supplied thereinto, and remove the clogging members of the ductile segments 20. After the clogging members are removed, sea water is gradually taken into the tunnel 12 through the water intake pores 20c while lowering the compressed air pressure so that sea water does not rush into the tunnel 12.
