    摘要: An information processing apparatus which make it possible to confirm an error recovery event. A device proxy server as an information processing apparatus is connected to a printer and a client PC via a network. The device proxy server receives an event message indicative of an event having occurred in a printer. The received event message is transferred to a client PC. When the event message transferred to the client PC is related to an error event indicative of an error having occurred in the printer, the device proxy server monitors whether or not the error event has been eliminated in the printer. When the error event is eliminated in the printer, the device proxy server sends an error recovery message indicative of elimination of the error event to the client PC.

    摘要: According to one embodiment, an interface apparatus for displaying a GUI object according to a position and a direction of a pointing object comprises a display unit, an image capturing unit, a detection unit, and an additional display unit. The display unit displays a movie based on a first image frame group. The image capturing unit obtains a second image frame group by capturing an image of a surface on which the movie is displayed. The detection unit detects a position and a direction of the pointing object based on the first image frame group and the second image frame group. The additional display unit displays a specific shape which is superimposed to the first image frame group, so that the detected position of the pointing object is irradiated with light of no less than a predetermined illuminance and the light attenuates according to a distance from the position.

Face images are classified into fragmental face image sets, and the fragmental face image sets are classified into integrated sets to achieve the identification.

    摘要: A lenticular lens sheet having (1) a light-transmitting lens sheet body with a lenticular lens group formed of multiple lenticular lenses placed on a surface of the body and a silver salt emulsion light-shielding layer laminated to the other surface of the light-transmitting lens sheet body. Light-transmitting areas in the light-shielding layer correspond to light-converging parts of the lenticular lenses on the body. The positions of the light-shielding areas correspond to non-light-converging parts of the lenticular lenses. The light-shielding characteristics result from the darkened silver dispersed in the silver salt emulsion. A method for making the lenticular lens sheet is disclosed also.
