    摘要: A forging method comprises the following four steps: a first step of disposing a columnar material into a first die and extruding one end portion of the material with a first punch in a direction opposite to the advancing direction of the first punch, a second step of deepending a first blind hole in a second stepped die with a cavity having large and small internal diameter portions, and extruding the other end portion of the material into the inside of the small internal diameter portion of the cavity with a second punch which has been previously extended thereinto, a third step of fitting the first and second blind holes to third punches while exposing the small outer diameter portion from a third die and pressurizing, by means of a sleeve, only an end face portion of the small outer diameter portion formed with the second blind hole to expand the small outer diameter portion of the material toward an outer periphery, and a fourth step of punching out a blind portion of the material.

    摘要: A system for controlling the displacement motion of a carriage working machine which is capable of displacing along a track arranged along ends of spinning machines installed in parallel as a group, wherein an automatic apparatus for carrying out a certain part of the process by these spinning machines is rigidly or detachably mounted on a carriage. In this system, when a spinning machine outputs a forecast signal to call the working machine, the forecast signal is registered in a registration table. After the working machine has arrived at a position on the track adjacent to the particular spinning machine, and it is confirmed that the particular spinning machine can accept the operation of the automatic apparatus of the working machine, then the automatic apparatus starts to carry out its operation. Thereafter, a particular spinning machine to which the operation of the automatic apparatus should be applied with the first priority is selected based upon data registered in the registration table, and the travel direction of the working machine is determined based upon the frame number of the above-mentioned particular spinning machine and the present position of the working machine. This selection and decision is logically made according to respective programs, by a computer.

    摘要: A two-valued object field is scanned and stored on a line-by-line basis and sequentially read out on a block-by-block basis. Each block has an equal number of signal components each representing the light values of the two-valued object found along a line path. Means are provided for encoding the signal blocks to produce a first code when the signal components are entirely at white level, a second signal when the signal components are entirely at black level, and a third signal when the signal components are of a mixture of black and white levels. The first and second codes are transmitted while the respective signal components are inhibited. The third signal is transmitted followed by the associated signal components.
