Abstract: A wireless transmission controller device is proposed. The device includes: a signal transmitter configured to receive an image signal input from a USB Type-C or a DP port, which are connected to an image storage device, convert the received image signal into a form of a high-speed serial signal, and wirelessly transmits the converted image signal to a signal receiver by ultra-high frequency communication; and the signal receiver configured to receive a high-speed serial signal from the signal transmitter, undergo a conversion process, and transmit the image signal to an image display device such as a monitor or a smartphone connected to the DP port, wherein, through making the USB Type-C or the Display Port to be wireless, high-speed wireless transmission in real time for a video is possible without a wired cable connection.

Abstract: A driver circuit includes a first output terminal, a first switch, a second switch, a third switch and a power source. The first output terminal is arranged for outputting a data output. The first switch is selectively coupled between the first output terminal and a power supply node according to a data input. The second switch is selectively coupled between the first output terminal and a first reference node according to the data input. The third switch is selectively coupled between the first reference node and a reference voltage. The power source is configured to selectively provide one of a supply voltage signal and a supply current signal to the power supply node. When the power source is configured to provide the supply voltage signal, the third switch is switched on. When the power source is configured to provide the supply current signal, the third switch is switched off.

Abstract: To prevent the transmission of excluded data, a short time-delay between capture and transmission of a video signal is exploited to process the buffered frames to recognize disallowed objects and control the video camera to prevent transmission of any frame including the disallowed object in the video signal. The time-delay can be implemented in real or near real time with, for example, a delay line or memory chip that serve to buffer the sequence of image frames.

Abstract: Apparatus and methods for remotely viewing and authenticating/validating the contents of a safe deposit box (or safe) are provided. The apparatus and methods may include a safe deposit box including a locking internal cavity, a camera, a weight sensor, a light, a control circuit, and a communication circuit. After receiving a request to view the contents and authenticating a user, the safe deposit box may take still or motion pictures of the contents and weigh the contents and send the results to the user or a server. If the contents of the safe deposit box have changed an alert may be sent to the user or a server.

Abstract: Systems and methods for packet payload mapping for robust transmission of data are described. For example, methods may include receiving, using a network interface, packets that each respectively include a primary frame and one or more preceding frames from the sequence of frames of data that are separated from the primary frame in the sequence of frames by a respective multiple of a stride parameter; storing the frames of the packets in a buffer with entries that each hold the primary frame and the one or more preceding frames of a packet; reading a first frame from the buffer as the primary frame from one of the entries; determining that a packet with a primary frame that is a next frame in the sequence has been lost; and, responsive to the determination, reading the next frame from the buffer as a preceding frame from one of the entries.
