摘要: Fe alloy containing Si: 4.0 to 7.0 wt %, Mn: not more than 0.5 wt %, P: not more than 0.1 wt %, S: not more than 0.02 wt %, Al: not more than 2 wt % is molten, and made an ingot or continuously cast into a piece. The piece is subjected to slabbing-roughing, otherwise roughing at temperature of more than 1000.degree. C. and at total reduction of more than 50%, and further a hot finish rolling. The hot finish rolling is performed at temperature of not more than 1100.degree. C. and under a total reduction which is specified by a relation between average grain diameter before the hot finish rolling and Si content, and coiled at temperature of not more than 750.degree. C. after the rolling. The hot rolled plate is performed with cold rolling or warm rolling after the descaling and hot rolled strip annealing. If required, an intermediate annealing is performed in the course of the cold (or warm) rolling.

摘要: A network system broadcast data from one node to a plurality of other nodes, which can decrease the time required for broadcast. A transfer source node divides the transfer data to be broadcasted, and transfers each divided data separately from the network adapters of the transfer source node to the network adapters of the other nodes, and the other nodes transfer the received data to the network adapters of the other nodes other than the transfer source node. Since more nodes (network adapters) can participate in data transfer in the second data transfer, high-speed transfer processing can be implemented, and the transfer processing time for broadcast can be decreased.

摘要: A computer system execute summation processing even if the computing sequence is not adhered to in a system for computing a sum of floating point data of a plurality of nodes. Each node sends floating point data to a reduction mechanism, and the reduction mechanism computes the sums only for a group of which exponent sections have a highest value and a group of which exponent sections have a second highest value, and adds the sum of the group of which the exponent sections have a highest value and the sum of the group of which the exponent sections have a second highest value. By this, the consistency of the computation result can be guaranteed even if the sum is computed regardless the computing sequence of the values.

摘要: The present invention provides a laminated optical film capable of contributing to thinning of each of a liquid crystal panel and a liquid crystal display apparatus and of simplifying its manufacturing steps, and a method of manufacturing the laminated optical film. The laminated optical film is used in a liquid crystal display apparatus and arranged on a viewer side of a liquid crystal cell. The laminated optical film includes: a polarizer; and a retardation layer which is arranged on one side of the polarizer, has a refractive index ellipsoid showing a relationship of nx>ny=nz, and has an in-plane retardation value Re[590] of 90 to 190 nm. An angle formed between an absorption axis of the polarizer and a slow axis of the retardation layer is 5 to 85°. The retardation layer is formed of a liquid crystal material, and the retardation layer is arranged to be closer to the viewer side than the polarizer is.

摘要: It is an object to provide a process for manufacturing galvannealed steel sheets exhibiting excellent anti-powdering property when press formed, and uniform frictional properties in a coil. A steel strip is galvanized in a bath having a low aluminum content after entering it at a high temperature as defined in relation to the aluminum content of the both, so that the formation of a .zeta. phase may be promoted. Then, the strip is heated for alloying in a high-frequency induction heating furnace so as to have a temperature not exceeding 495.degree. C. when leaving the furnace to yield a plated steel strip having a coating containing a uniformly distributed .zeta. phase. After such heat treatment and cooling, the strip can be plated with an iron or iron-alloy top coating having an iron content of at least 50% and a coating weight of at least 1 g/m.sup.2 to achieve an improved press formability.

摘要: In a protective relaying device comprising first and second potential transformer circuits for transforming voltages of an electric power system, first and second relaying elements are further provided for receiving the output voltages of the first and second potential transformer circuits, respectively so that each of the relaying elements delivers an output of a particular logic state when it operates. When the outputs of the first and second relaying elements coincide with each other, a logic circuit receiving the outputs delivers a tripping signal to a circuit breaker.
