A combustion-chamber is provided in the housing, a fan is disposed in the combustion chamber, and a motor having an output shaft is coupled to the fan. A motor holder accommodates the motor, and the cylinder head is formed with a motor holder receiving portion in which the motor holder is slidably movably disposed. An elastic member is disposed in a gap formed between the motor holder and the motor holder receiving portion.

摘要： An electric fastener driver having a compact size and simple construction. A driver segment provided with a rack is movably disposed in a housing. A flywheel is driven by a motor. A drive shaft is concentric with and integral with the flywheel. A coil spring is fixed to the drive shaft. A driven rotor is coaxial with the drive shaft and has one end portion serving as a spring seat portion positioned within the coil spring. A pinion is disposed at the driven rotor and is meshedly engaged with the rack. An urging section is disposed within the driven rotor. A ball is movably disposed in a through-hole formed in the driven rotor for urging an end portion of the coil spring by the urging section. A solenoid controls a protruding amount of the ball from the surface of the driven rotor.

摘要： A spark is shot between an ignition point of an ignition plug and an ignition ground. The spark is shot from an acute corner of a core of the ignition plug. A tip end of the core has an acute angle of not more than 45 degrees. With this arrangement, an emitting point of the spark can be concentrated to the tip end of the core. In order to reduce a thermal capacity of the ignition ground so as to enhance ignitability, a side opposite to the spark seating face of the ignition ground is tapered to provide an angle. Further, the ignition ground has an apex end providing an angle which is not more than 45 degrees. Because of the apex portion, thermal capacity of the ignition ground can be reduced and an acute angle can be realized to concentrate spark receiving point at the apex portion. As a result, ignitability can be enhanced.

The pulse torque generator includes an input shaft extending in its axial direction and having a hollow section providing a hollow space, and an output shaft rotatably provided in the hollow space. A magnetic fluid is encapsulated in a hollow space between the input shaft and output shaft. A magnetic field generating unit is disposed, and magnetic segments are provided in the input shaft. A magnetic fluid provides a magnetic fluid bridge bridging between the input shaft and the output shaft each time the magnetic segment is brought into confrontation with the magnetic field generating unit.

A combustion type power tool is driven by the fuel gas. A compressed gas container for a combustion type power tool has an inner side vessel filled with the fuel gas. When the fuel gas includes propane, 1-butene may be equal to or higher than 59 weight % and equal to or lower than 95 weight %. When the fuel gas includes propylene, the 1-butene may be equal to or higher than 70 weight % and equal to or lower than 96 weight %.

摘要： A combustion type power tool capable of performing cleaning to a cleaning target from outside of the tool without disassembly of a head cover and a head cap. In the head cap, first and second cleaning passages are formed. The first cleaning passage has one end open to an atmosphere and a closed inner end. The second cleaning passage has one end in communication with the first cleaning passage and another end open to a spark generating portion which is one of the cleaning target in the combustion type power tool. A check valve is disposed in the first cleaning passage for normally closing the one end of the first cleaning passage by a biasing force of a compression coil spring.

摘要： An impact drill minimizing transmission of vibration to a handle gripped by a user's hand. A spindle extends through a main frame and is movable in its axial direction and rotatable about its axis. A first ratchet is rotatable and axially movable together with the spindle. A second ratchet is axially movable but unortatable. The first ratchet has a first serrated surface and the second ratchet has a second serrated surface in confrontation with the first serrated surface. In an impact drilling mode, the first serrated surfaces is brought into abutment with the second serrated surface so that the spindle is reciprocally moved in the axial direction. A first spring is interposed between the main frame and the second ratchet to urge the second ratchet toward the first ratchet. A second spring is interposed between the main frame and the second ratchet to urge the second ratchet away from the first ratchet. In the impact drilling mode, the second ratchet is always out of contact from the main frame and is floatingly maintained within the main frame.

摘要： A power tool providing a smooth cooling air flow discharging through discharge windows formed in a housing. In the housing a radial fan is rotatably provided for cooling a heated motor. A cooling air generated by the radial fan is discharged through the discharge windows. Each discharge window has a rectangular shape having an upstream side and a downstream side in the rotating direction of the cooling fan. A chamfered portion is provided at least at the upstream side and in an inner peripheral surface of the housing, so that a thickness of the housing wall is gradually small in the rotating direction. The chamfered portion increases an effective area of the window for discharging air.

摘要： A combustion-powered nail gun includes a housing, a combustion chamber wall, and a blocking member. The combustion chamber wall is disposed within the housing. The combustion chamber wall has an inner surface that defines a combustion chamber and an outer surface that is separated from the inner surface of the housing by a space. The combustion chamber wall has an inlet in its upper end and an outlet in its lower end. The combustion chamber wall moves vertically within the housing between an open position wherein the inlet and the outlet are opened and a sealed position wherein the inlet and the outlet are closed. The blocking member is provided for preventing flow of air through the space between the inner surface of the housing and outer surface of the combustion chamber.
