摘要: An axial sealing mechanism of a volute compressor comprises a fixed volute member, a orbiting volute member, and an isolating member which is fastened to the back of the fixed volute member and provided with back pressure chambers into which an intermediate-pressure working fluid or a high-pressure working fluid is introduced via the compression chambers formed by the fixed volute member and the orbiting volute member. The pressing member in the back pressure chamber is therefore forced to urge axially the fixed volute member so as to overcome the axial thrust and the overturn moment of force, which exert on the fixed volute member at the time when the compression chambers are in operation. The axial gap between the fixed volute member and the orbiting volute member is thus minimized so as to prevent the working fluid from leaking out from the compression chambers and to improve the volumetric efficiency of the volute compressor.

摘要: An oil supply structure for a refrigerant compressor is connected to a main shaft of the refrigerant compressor. The oil supply structure has a concave recessed from a periphery to a center, an oil hole penetrating the center of the concave and in communication with an oil supply passage of the main shaft, and at least one blade protruding from the concave and extending from the periphery towards the oil-hole. A rotation direction of the blade is opposite to a rotation direction of the main shaft. Through a simple structure in a form of an impeller, the oil supply structure can generate the function of a centrifugal pump by the concave and the blade during rotation, so as to change the supply of a lubricating oil according to changes in the rotation rate.

摘要: A scroll type compressor is disclosed. The scroll type compressor includes a housing, a frame, a compartment, a separator, a scroll pairs, a slider, a plurality of compartments, at least a pressure-regulating mechanism, and a guiding element. The compartment in the housing is separated into a high-pressure compartment, a low-pressure compartment, and a middle-pressure compartment. The separator is disposed between the high-pressure compartment and the low-pressure compartment. The separator includes an outlet at the center thereof, and at least a passage through the separator. When the pressure in the high-pressure compartment is less than that in low-pressure compartment, the pressure-regulating mechanism is opened to exhaust pressure from the middle-pressure compartment to the high-pressure compartment.

摘要: The present invention is a motor of rotor with built-in permanent magnet, which includes an annular stator and a rotor. The annular stator has a cylindrical interior into which the rotor is inserted. A space is formed between a circumference surface of cylindrical interior and rotor. The rotor further includes a rotor core, and a plurality of openings are formed surrounding the rotor core. Each opening is with two parallel surfaces, a top surface and a bottom surface, and each of them is a flat plate figure. A suitable distance is between two side surfaces and an outer circumference of the rotor, and the two side surfaces of adjacent openings are spaced by a channel fo suitable width. A plurality of permanent magnets are arranged in openings by way of interlaced magnetic poles, and the shape of permanent matches the shape of the opening.

摘要: A scroll compressor with a backflow-proof mechanism. The scroll compressor comprises a slider disposed on a scroll couple, forming several enclosed spaces. The slider is raised by the working fluid in the spaces, preventing liquid leakage from a high-pressure chamber to a low-pressure chamber, when the scroll compressor starts. The slider descends when the compression ratio of the scroll compressor is exceeded. Thus, the pressure is released, and the performance of the scroll compressor is improved. The slider of the invention further comprises a floating element to prevent reversal of pressurized fluid and damage to the scroll couple.
