摘要: A support for one or more light sources for a lighting and/or light-signaling module for an automotive vehicle, comprising a substrate made of heat-conducting material, preferably made of a metal material, at least one light source of light-emitting diode type with one face for mounting on the substrate, in thermal contact with the latter and a circuit for controlling the electrical power supply of the one or more light sources. The circuit for controlling the power supply is electrically connected to the one or more light sources by means of metal wires that are soldered to the surface 044-using the technique commonly referred to as “wire/ribbon bonding”. A method for assembling such a support.

摘要: An illumination and/or signaling device for an automotive vehicle includes a dielectric substrate including a plurality of conductive tracks, and a plurality of light-emitting diodes surface-mounted on the dielectric substrate. The light emitting diodes are electrically connected to the conductive tracks of the dielectric substrate according to a predetermined connection plan. At least one control circuit board for controlling the light-emitting diodes includes a plurality of connecting pins and an electrical connection circuit board including a plurality of conductive lines for electrically connecting the connecting pins of the control circuit board to the conductive tracks of the dielectric substrate according to a predetermined connection plan. The electrical connection circuit board is connected to the conductive tracks of the dielectric substrate via an anisotropic conductive film.
