    摘要: A rotor resin assembly of a rotor of an electric motor includes a rotor magnet including a substantially cylindrical yoke molded from thermoplastic resin containing a soft magnetic material or ferrite and a resin magnet integrally formed in the outer circumference of the yoke, a position detection magnet arranged at one end in the axial direction of the rotor magnet, and a substantially doughnut-like rotor core arranged in the inner circumference of the rotor magnet and formed by laminating a predetermined number of electromagnetic steel plates. The rotor magnet, the position detection magnet, and the rotor core are integrally formed by resin. A shaft is inserted into an inner diameter section of the rotor core, and the rotor resin assembly is caulked by a jig to form a recess in the vicinity of the inner diameter sections of both end faces of the rotor core and assembled to the shaft.

    摘要: A magnet constituting a magnetic pole of a rotor includes an annular ferrite bond magnet provided on an outer circumference of a rotation shaft and a plurality of sintered ferrite magnets arranged on an outer circumference of the ferrite bond magnet. The ferrite bond magnet includes, on an outer circumferential surface thereof, curved concave portions convexed toward a side of the rotation shaft. The sintered ferrite magnets are arranged on the curved concave portions, and include a surface on a side of the stator that is formed in a curved convex shape toward the side of the stator, and a center portion whose thickness with respect to the circumferential direction is formed to be larger than a thickness of an edge portion, wherein magnetization direction is oriented in polar anisotropy.

    摘要: A reinforcing bar binding machine is provided with a device for detecting a power supply voltage during a binding wire twisting step subjected to the heaviest load and comparing the power supply voltage with a predetermined CPU operation voltage, and a control device for driving a motor in a reverse direction when the voltage has dropped below the predetermined CPU operation voltage. The power supply voltage during operation is monitored, and twisting operation is suspended before the voltage drops below the CPU operation voltage, whereby the binding wire twisting mechanism is returned to the initial position. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the binding wire twisting mechanism from being stopped while grasping the binding wire, when the CPU stops.

The temperature sensor measures a temperature of a first portion subject to thermal influence of operation of the electric motor. The control unit determines an estimated temperature of a second portion in accordance with a value of a motor current, the second portion being subject to thermal influence of operation of the electric motor. The control unit determines a first upper limit value in accordance with the measured temperature; determines a second upper limit value in accordance with the estimated temperature; limit the motor current to a smaller one of the first and second upper limit values, when determining that the temperature sensor is normal; limit the motor current to the second upper limit value, when determining that the temperature sensor is abnormal.
