    摘要: A switching valve is disposed between a pressure fluid supply source and an ejector in a vacuum suction apparatus. A supply port of the switching valve is connected to the pressure fluid supply source, and an outlet port of the switching valve is connected to the ejector. In addition, when suction pads attract a workpiece under suction and a negative pressure becomes constant, a valve body is displaced by a negative pressure supplied through a vacuum port to the switching valve, whereupon communication between the supply port and the outlet port is blocked.

    摘要: In a suction device, a suction head is alternately connected to a negative pressure source and a positive pressure source by means of a switching valve, a light-weight workpiece is sucked by and released from the suction head. When the suction head and the positive pressure source are connected to each other by means of the switching valve to release the workpiece, a releasing pressure is instantaneously supplied to the suction head. The magnitude of the releasing pressure is set to a value equal to or less than the atmospheric pressure and set to a value which is necessary for the workpiece to drop by its own weight from the suction head.

    摘要: A directional control valve and a valve assembly for incorporating a plurality of control valves is disclosed, in which use of a manifold base, subplates and the like is unnecessary and wherein durability is excellent. A supply port (P) for a pressurized fluid, output ports (A, B) and exhaust ports (EA, EB) which open into a valve hole are defined in a main valve body constituting the directional control valve. The main valve body has linking surfaces thereon for linking together a plurality of control valves in a valve assembly. The supply port (P) and the exhaust ports (EA, EB) penetrate in a direction in which the main valve bodies are linked together at positions deviated from an opening position of the valve hole. In addition, the output ports (A, B) open through output passages on one side surface of the main valve body perpendicular to the linking surfaces. Connecting grooves are defined on upper and lower surfaces of the main valve body. A plurality of the main valve bodies thus constituted are disposed in a linking manner between a pair of end plates, and tie rods are inserted into the connecting grooves so as to clamp the main valve bodies between the end plates.

    摘要: A manifold valve has a larger valve port, through which a spool slides, than conventional relative to the size of the valve body. When the size of the valve port is fixed, the size of the entire valve can be made smaller. The walls on both sides of the valve port have no holes to pass bolts to fasten the valve body to a manifold base etc. The side walls are at least made thinner than the walls having bolt holes, within the limit in which the strength to withstand the pressure of the fluid passing therethrough remains unimpaired. The valve is fastened to the valve mounting surface of the manifold base etc. by clamping at its front and rear ends.
