    摘要: A valve manifold block for a fluid valve manifold has a valve manifold block with a printed circuit board received in a passage in the valve manifold block. A set of conductive valve lines on the circuit board extend between and are connected to a respective set of first electrical connectors and a respective set of second mating electrical connectors. The circuit board also having at least one conductive valve line extending to a third connector on the circuit board operably leading to one voltage side of the valve unit. A conductive common line is operably connected to an opposite voltage side of the valve unit. A serial communication line connects to a respective serial communication line in another valve manifold block for communicating information relating to the valve unit.

    摘要: A valve arrangement has several valve clusters which are designed for different nominal flow rates. Each valve cluster (1c) comprises a valve base (2) fitted with valve units (4), the valve units (4) respectively having a control portion (13), which is connected by way of electrical interface means (23) with internal signal transmission means (22) of the valve base (2). Irrespectively of the flow rate category the overall height of the valve bases (2), the width of the component mounting sites and of the valve units (4) and also the electrical interface means (23) are identically configured in the case of the valve clusters of all flow rate categories. The modification of the nominal flow rates is performed more especially by the choice of different overall lengths of the valve units (4).

    摘要: A manifold valve in which mounting of a magnetometric sensor is easy and wiring is easy and which is easy to handle in maintenance and has a position detecting function is obtained. This valve is formed of a solenoid valve 1, a manifold base 2, and an intermediate block 3 disposed between the solenoid valve 1 and the manifold base 2. The solenoid valve 1 includes a magnet 20 for detecting a position and moving in synchronization with a spool 8 and a depression 22 in which a sensor is to be mounted and which is provided in a position corresponding to the magnet 20. The manifold base 2 includes a first plug 28 to be connected to a controller for controlling the solenoid valve. The intermediate block 3 includes a projecting portion 37 to be fitted in the depression 22, a magnetometric sensor 21 housed in the projecting portion 37, and an insertion hole 43 through which a conductor 44 connecting the magnetometric sensor 21 and the first plug 28 is inserted.
