    摘要: A method for forming a thin film of a metal compound is disclosed. Within a vacuum chamber, a metallic ultra-thin film of a metal or an incompletely-reacted metal is deposited on a substrate. The metallic ultra-thin film is brought in contact with the electrically neutral activated species of a reactive gas so as to convert the metallic ultra-thin film to an ultra-thin film of a metal compound through the reaction of the metallic ultra-thin film with the activated species of the reactive gas. The above-described steps are sequentially repeated so as to deposit on the substrate the ultra-thin film of the metal compound in layers until a thin film of the metal compound having a desired thickness is formed on the substrate.

    摘要: One embodiment of the present invention provides a method of fabricating a cathode requiring relatively few and somewhat simple steps. One embodiment also provides a method of fabricating a cathode which eliminates a direct via masking step. One embodiment provides a method of fabricating a cathode which reduces manufacturing costs and increases the efficiency and productivity of manufacturing lines engaged in cathode fabrication. One embodiment provides a method of fabricating a cathode, which reduces the unit cost of thin CRTs. In one embodiment, a novel method effectuates fabrication of a cathode by a process requiring relatively few and somewhat simpler steps. Importantly, in the present embodiment, the requirement for at least one conventionally required direct via masking steps is eliminated. This effectively eliminates or substantially reduces associated costs, concomitantly reducing process completion time. Advantageously, this increases efficiency and productivity, correspondingly reducing fabrication costs and unit costs of finished devices.

    摘要: A sub-frame supporting device in which a sub-frame adapted to support an engine, wheels and the like is supported from the body of a vehicle through an elastic support member. The supporting device comprises a pair of upper and lower holding plates oppositely disposed, a spacer pipe connecting the holding plates, a fastener for fastening the holding plates to a vehicle body and an elastic support member. A flange of the sub-frame is held between the elastic support member and a damper rib, and gaps are formed adjacent the upper and lower surfaces of the elastic support member. The rigidity of the elastic support member is set so as to be decreased with respect to vertical shearing force and increased with respect to lateral compressive force.
