Abstract: Provided are a random access method, apparatus and system. The method includes: receiving, by a user equipment, configuration information of a Physical Random Access Channel (PRACH) dedicated for a super real-time service and/or configuration information of a preamble dedicated for the super real-time service notified by a base station; and when the user equipment has the super real-time service and has a short Transmission Time Interval (TTI) support capability, by the user equipment, transmitting a preamble to the base station through a PRACH resource dedicated for the super real-time service or transmitting the preamble dedicated for the super real-time service to the base station according to the configuration information of the PRACH dedicated for the super real-time service and/or the configuration information of the preamble dedicated for the super real-time service, so as to trigger the base station to allocate a short TTI resource to the user equipment.

The method comprises: receiving a first message from a wireless communication node, wherein the first message comprises information about a plurality of tracking area codes (TACs) and a plurality of TAC characteristics; transmitting a second message to the wireless communication node, wherein the second message includes a TAC that is selected from the plurality of TACs based on at least one of the plurality of TAC characteristics of the wireless communication device; and receiving a third message within the TAC, wherein the TAC comprises at least one cell.

In another exemplary method, the measurement records associated with at least one of a mobility of the terminal, a random access channel (RACH) performance or a radio link failure (RLF).

Abstract: Provided are a paging optimization method and apparatus. The method includes: determining, by a base station, paging types and corresponding paging occasion parameters, where the paging types comprise at least two types; and when transmitting a paging message by the base station, selecting a corresponding paging type and transmitting the paging message at a paging occasion corresponding to the paging type by the base station. Through adopting multiple paging types, different paging messages may correspond to different paging types and different paging occasions, so that the paging resources are effectively saved.
