摘要: A cable fastener for stacking cables has a base that is positioned against the stud on a lower surface of the base, a spine that extends from the upper surface of the base and arms that extend perpendicularly from the spine and define slots between them. The slots have open ends that are closed by a separate L-shaped leg that is hinged to the base adjacent to the end of the lower-most slot so it can be pivoted to a position generally perpendicular to the base and adjacent to the ends of the slots so as to close the slots. The end of the leg distal from the base has a locking member for engaging the uppermost arm or another component of the fastener to lock the leg so as to block the open ends of the slots. The leg is hinged to the base by a living hinge that can be formed in the plastic molding process. On the side of the spine opposite from the arms, a nail guide member extends for nailing the fastener to the stud. The base also has staple or screw fastening features on the side of the arms opposite from the nail guide member.

The torque wrench also includes a ratchet wheel disposed in the housing and forming a shaft connecting the first opening and the second opening, a ratchet lever engaging the ratchet wheel to rotate the ratchet wheel in a given direction, and a hydraulically actuated piston disposed in the housing and connected to the ratchet lever to move the ratchet lever between a first position and a second position to rotate the ratchet wheel. The torque wrench further includes a removable drive shaft extending through the shaft to engage the ratchet wheel and be rotated by the ratchet wheel in the given direction and a first seal disposed at the first opening and a second seal disposed at the second opening to create respective seals between the housing and the drive shaft.

摘要: An operating mechanism for laterally moving a slide-out section of a vehicle between a retracted position and an extended position includes two support members and a rack and pinion assembly. The two support members can have alignable mounting locations that allow for height adjustable mounting of the slide-out section. The rack and pinion assembly is operable to move the slide-out section from the retracted position to the extended position, preferably by the engagement of a pair of pinions with a pair of racks mounted to elongated rail members mounted to the bottom of the slide-out section. Rollers or other anti-friction members can be added to support the rails and ease the movement of the slide-out section.

摘要: A hydraulic tilting device for tilting a cab mounted on the chassis of a vehicle between a driving and a tilted position comprises a reservoir for hydraulic fluid, a pump connected to the reservoir, and a double-acting hydraulic tilting cylinder. A lost-motion conduit is provided between ports opening into a push chamber and a pull chamber in the cylinder space of the tilting cylinder when the piston/piston rod assembly is in a lost-motion range defined by the ports. When under the influence of the movements of the piston/piston rod assembly within the lost-motion range, the pull connection of the tilting cylinder causes suction of hydraulic fluid out of the reservoir, forcing hydraulic fluid from the reservoir into the pull chamber, and moving hydraulic fluid from the pull chamber to the reservoir through the lost-motion conduit. Hydraulic fluid therefore circulates when the cab is carrying out spring movements.

摘要: A gear operated pivoting travel lock secures a slide-out section of a vehicle in a retracted position. The travel lock includes a gear box, containing two mating worm gears, that mounts to a wall of the slide-out section. The drive gear is mounted at the end of an operating member and the driven gear is mounted to an axle. Two pivot arms are mounted at the ends of the axle. Turning the operating member, preferably by a handle member, rotates the drive gear to mesh with the driven gear. As the driven gear rotates, the pivot arms swing out from a collapsed position to an engaged position. When the slide-out section is retracted within the vehicle, a pressure pad at the end of the pivot arms clamps against an interior surface of the vehicle wall. When the travel lock is collapsed the slide-out section can be moved between the retracted and extended positions.

A pilot operated relief valve is disposed in the fluid bypass passageway, wherein the pilot operated relief valve blocks the fluid bypass passageway to create a pressure upstream of the pilot operated relief valve to actuate a different pilot operated device having a pilot line in fluid communication with the fluid bypass passageway upstream of the pilot operated relief valve. Fluid flowing through a venturi nozzle in the fluid bypass passageway that intersects the fluid exhaust passageway lowers the pressure in the fluid exhaust passageway.

摘要: The invention provides a variable speed hydraulic pump designed to operate at a maximum horsepower throughout its pressure range by adjusting motor speed according to motor load parameters. In particular, the variable speed hydraulic pump includes a hydraulic pump unit coupled to a variable speed electric motor by a drive unit and to a hydraulic fluid tank for pressurizing and pumping hydraulic fluid when operated by the motor. A motor controller is electrically connected to the motor to supply drive signals to the motor based on electrical characteristics of the drive signals which are dependent on the load exerted on the motor. Suction from the load is provided by both the main pump and a bidirectional supercharging pump by reversing the direction of the motor and shifting a 4/3 valve to connect the main pump inlet to the load and its outlet to tank. In addition, the controller reduces the motor speed at the maximum rated pressure to just maintain the pressure, to reduce the amount of fluid pumped through the maximum pressure relief valve.
