Abstract:
A stencil foil assembly includes a stencil foil, having a stencil pattern thereon, of a planar configuration secured to a rigid frame with an upstanding wall and a support flange emanating inwardly from the upstanding wall. The stencil foil resides on the support flange with the bottom surface of the periphery of the stencil foil being in communication with the top surface of said support flange. The outer edge of the stencil foil is positioned adjacent to the inner surface of said upstanding wall. The periphery of the stencil foil is secured to the rigid frame. The stencil foil assembly protects a user from injury by preventing contact with the sharp outer edges of the stencil foil. The assembly protects the stencil foil portion from damage and greatly facilitates handling thereof.
Abstract:
A precise and rapid positioning mechanism for stencil printing comprising a stencil, a carrier, a plurality of pins, and a plurality of positioning pins. There are a plurality of same sized pin eyes formed on both the stencil and the carrier respectively at positions facing against each other for interposing the pins therebetween to set the stencil and the carrier. Next, raising the positioning pins by air cylinder supplied from the carrier so as to fit setting holes on the substrate into the corresponding positioning pins thereby firmly securing the substrate. Then afterwards, by imbibing the substrate with vacuum evacuation force from the carrier so as to put down the positioning pins thereby attaching the stencil together with the substrate and trans-printing a desired pattern on the substrate.
Abstract:
A screen printing sealing tape with two patterns of adhesive adhered in parallel to a substrate's surface. The first pattern is a continuous strip of adhesive. The second pattern is comprised of discrete segments of adhesive spaced longitudinally of the substrate spaced by colored non-tacky areas.
Abstract:
An article decorating device, particularly for the decorating of eggs, having a formed, article receiving and cushioning surface, a slotted and formed or formable template receivable over the article to be decorated and a cover member arranged to be positioned over the article and template to positively hold the same in position with respect to one another and to the receiving surface during the decorating process. The template is selectively provided with apertures or slots therethrough to permit decorating devices such as pens to extend therethrough for contacting and applying decorating materials to the article.
Abstract:
The invention provides a vacuum evaporation apparatus, wherein the magnetic plate comprises a plurality of magnetic units respectively corresponding to different areas of metal mask to attract the corresponding areas of metal mask to low surface of substrate by magnetic force, the driving mechanism comprises a plurality of driving units correspondingly one-to-one to magnetic units, and the magnetic units are driven by corresponding driving units to move upward/downward independently so that the stress generated during the mask sheet of metal mask attached to substrate is fully released by adjusting the movement order of magnetic units to reduce difficulty on metal mask design and improve yield rate. Moreover, the corresponding magnetic units are adjusted in real-time according to the color mixing situation of products to improve the equipment utilization rate, and the magnetic force on corresponding area of metal mask is independently adjusted according to product color mixing situation.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to devices, methods, and kits for applying stencil patterns to surfaces, particularly to surfaces made of fabric or fabric-like materials.
Abstract:
A portable one-piece foam frame for use in securing a screen and/or screen stencil film for use in an off-contact stenciling operation. The assembly includes a paper or release covering an adhesive on one side of the frame. A non-skid coating may be applied to the base of the frame to keep it from shifting or moving during a stenciling operation.
Abstract:
A manufacturing method of a mask includes aligning a mask sheet including an effective area and a non-effective area, on a mask frame; applying a pressure to the non-effective area of the mask sheet in a direction opposite to a sagging direction of the non-effective area, to prevent sagging of the non-effective area; and moving a clamping unit to the mask sheet along a direction substantially parallel to the mask sheet, to clamp the clamping unit onto the non-effective area of the mask sheet.
