摘要： The invention relates to machines for the separative machining of plate-shaped workpieces using a machining tool. The machines include two workpiece support surfaces for supporting the workpiece, between which a gap is formed, and at least one carriage that is movable in or along the gap, and is connected to at least one covering element. The covering element at least partially covers the gap and includes a chain with a plurality of chain links. The chain links can have a brush support on an upper side and are designed to pivot with respect to one another, wherein at least two mutually adjacent chain links have a pivot-limiting angle (α) with respect to the longitudinal axis of each of the chain links such that, with a rectilinear orientation to one another and without exposure to force, the chain links assume a non-planar profile.

摘要： An apparatus for holding a plate-like material during a separation process. The apparatus includes a separating device that is movable, during the separation process, in a first axial direction that is transverse to a second axial direction that the plate-like material is conveyed in during the separation process. The apparatus also includes first and second transport tables. The first transport table has a first contact surface and the second transport table has a second contact surface. The first contact surface and the second contact surface are spaced apart by a gap along which the separating device is movable. The apparatus also includes at least one holding device that is operable hold the plate-like material relative to the first and second contact surfaces such that the plate-like material is movable along the first and second contact surfaces. The holding device is configured to support the plate-like material such that a first surface of the plate-like material, on which a cutting beam of the separating device impinges, faces toward the first and second contact surfaces during the separation process.

摘要： The invention relates to an arrangement and a method for the separation and removal of plate-shaped workpieces (7) out of the proximity of a separating device, which arrangement and method are intended for the automatic removal of such workpieces. For this purpose a bearing surface (2, 3) of a two-piece supporting table (4) is replaced by a second supporting table (6), which, together with the remaining bearing surface (3, 2), is moved and therein accepts the workpiece (7) completely. The second supporting table (6) subsequently carries the workpiece (7) completely out of the proximity of the first supporting table (4). The arrangement and the method permit separating the workpieces without damage to the support and the rapid and precise removal of the worked workpieces as well as of the trimmings.

The cutting means (13) operate at the gap between successive products (4).

A belt retaining mechanism comprises a number of belt support plates for supporting a belt, support posts extending downwardly therefrom, and receiving plates supported by a receiving plate retaining mechanism disposed on longitudinal beams. A travel body and cam plates are operatively connected, and the support posts are supported on the receiving plates at a location other than a cam groove of each cam plate to stabilize the belt support plates. The receiving plates are separated within a movable recess of the belt, so that the support plates are raised by the cam groove.
