摘要： A device for spraying an inner surface of a toilet bowl with a cleaning and/or deodorizing chemical is disclosed. The device includes a container for the chemical, a spray nozzle through which the chemical can be sprayed laterally around a perimeter of the nozzle, a conduit in fluid communication with the container and the spray nozzle, fluid delivery means for delivering chemical from the container through the conduit and to the spray nozzle, and means for attaching the spray nozzle near a rim of the toilet bowl. The spray nozzle of the automatic or manual toilet bowl cleaning device can operate such that the chemical is applied to the entire circumference of the inner surface of the toilet bowl whereby the entire toilet bowl is cleaned around the inner circumference of the toilet bowl.

The fluid conduit is structured for fluid engagement with the fluid inlet of the connector hub and an outlet nozzle disposed at substantially the distal end of the extension segment so as to permit sprayed passage of the fluid therethrough at a spaced apart distance from the connector hub and the spray container upon actuated initiation of a pressurized flow of the fluid from the spray container into the fluid inlet of the connector hub.

摘要： A refrigerant material transfer adapter in the form of an instrument of semi rigid yet flexible plastic having a side tube projection that fits on an aerosol can valve stem of the type that opens the can valve for release of contents when the valve stem is sidewise angle deflected. The adapter has an outlet end with an opening shaped to fit on and over the low pressure suction side valve fitting of a refrigeration system. A center projection within the outlet end opening engages the valve stem of the refrigeration system suction side valve fitting so that when the adapter is pushed toward the refrigeration valve fitting the refrigeration system valve is opened. This is accomplished generally using both hands or with the thumb of the hand holding the aerosol can pressing against the back end of the adapter. With the adapter so positioned and pushed the hand holding the aerosol can moves the can so the valve stem inserted in the adapter side tube is deflected to a sidewise angle relative to the can sufficiently to open the can valve so that refrigeration gases and/or fluids are aerosol propelled from the can to the refrigeration system. This contributes a factor of safety in that the can valve is opened only after the refrigeration system valve is opened.

The method connects a source of coating material to the valve, propels the coating material through the valve, and applies the coating material to the interior of the tire. The system has a source of a coating material connected to the valve. A propellant causes delivery of the coating material through the valve into the tire. Another method coats an interior of a tire mounted on a rim. The method connects a first end of a tube to a source of coating material and inserts the second end of the tube into the interior of the tire encircling the rim. The coating material moves through the tube into the tire. The tube is withdrawn from the tire moving along the interior circumference of the tire.

摘要： A device is described for facilitating the preparation of therapeutic foam e.g. for the treatment of varicose veins. A pressurised vial contains a sclerosant liquid, e.g., polidocanol solution, and a sterile gas which is readily absorbed by the body, e.g., carbon dioxide, oxygen or a mixture of these gases. The vial is provided either with a specialised stopper/seal into which a syringe nozzle may be inserted or alternatively a septum seal which may be penetrated by a hypodermic needle. The quantities of gas and liquid and the pressure in the vial are pre-set so that, on connection of a syringe to the vial, a predetermined volume of both gas and liquid is transferred to the syringe, with the intention that the syringe is then used to make a foam by known means. The use of the vial ensures that the ratio of gas to liquid in the foam is standardised, and also provides a convenient way of packaging the gas and liquid and of filling the syringe in a sterile manner.
