摘要： A flexible member winding in and pay-out device. This device is commonly used with extension cords, dog leashes, towing cables and the like. There is provided a drum to receive a flexible member. A drum flange is attached to the drum for supporting the drum either on or off its base whereon the drum and flange are mounted. A cover means is rotatably mounted on and adjacently encircling an outer circumference of the drum and can form with the drum flange an endwise confinement for the flexible member wound on the drum. A hollow crank handle is pivotably attached to the cover means to internally guide the flexible member to or from the drum as relative rotation takes place therebetween.

摘要： Technology is provided for a cable management spool assembly. The cable management spool assembly includes a spool and one or more arcuate covers. The spool includes a flange portion having a first side configured to confront a mounting surface and a second side opposite the first side. A drum portion extends from the second side of the flange portion and one or more latches extend away from the first side of the flange portion. The latches are positioned to engage one or more corresponding mounting features of the mounting surface. The arcuate covers are coupled to the spool and are pivotable between an open position where a cable may be wound on the drum portion and a closed position where the cable is retained on the drum portion.

摘要： An apparatus for managing personal electronic accessory cords including, but not limited to, headphone cords comprises of a body 1 with a length of greater measurement than its width and containing an assortment of holes offset from the body's outer edge and connected to the outer edge by way of a guide-slot 2,3,8,9 through which a cord may be passed and secured into the hole (known as cord-locks). The apparatus 1 also contains an assortment of recesses 4-7 in the outer perimeter of the body's length and width edges (known as wrap guides). The cord 11 to be managed can be attached to the apparatus 1 by being passed through the pair of cord locks on opposite ends of the body's length. The cord's main length is then wrapped around the body's longest dimension in the corresponding wrap guides 4,5 and then micro-adjusted around the body's shorter dimension using the other wrap guides 6,7 before the remaining end(s) of the cord are secured in the remaining cord locks 8,9.
