    摘要: In a cable insertion structure for an outboard motor, a pawl section and a supporting section of a resinous cap are inserted from the inside of a cowling into a communicating hole of a rubber grommet, and the pawl section is fitted into a recess. Then, the communicating section of the rubber grommet is sandwiched between the pawl section and the pressing section, and thus the resinous cap is fixed to the rubber grommet. In the above-described state, a cable is inserted from an insertion hole of the resinous cap into a cable housing section of the rubber grommet. A clip band is fastened to a groove of the cable housing section to fix the cable housing section to the cable. The cable insertion structure for an outboard motor prevents a rubber grommet from coming off even when an external force that pulls the cable is applied.

    摘要: A bellows arrangement on a guide bar of a disc brake, particularly of a commercial vehicle, has an end of the bellows comprising a sealing ring, particularly a quad ring, lying in a circumferential groove of the guide bar. The bellows is pressed into the groove by a retaining ring placed thereon, and is designed so that an air passage can form in the contact area of the sealing ring at the base of the groove, reducing the volume enclosed by the bellows and the guide bar. To this end, the contact shoulder formed on the retaining ring is circumferentially interrupted in segments.

The smaller-diameter end portion (2) of the boot (1) is fixed to a shaft (17) constituting an inner member, and the larger-diameter end portion (3) is fixed to an outer joint member (11) serving as an outer member. An inner peripheral surface of the smaller-diameter end portion (2) of the boot (1) is integrally bonded to an outer peripheral surface of a boot-mounting portion (18) of the shaft (17) in an abutting state due to a physical interaction between a resin constituting the boot (1) and a metal constituting the shaft (17).
