Abstract: The embodiments herein provide a method and system for identifying, validating, and transferring soft or hard physical asset using digital surrogate. Any real-world asset is identified and traced. A digital surrogate is created in the secure distributed ledger by using NFT-based hard identifiers embedded in physical goods and by using serial number-based soft identifiers and manufacturer's identity. An original good is differentiated from a counterfeit real-world asset. The ownership of the digital surrogate is associated to an owner. The ownership of the digital surrogate is transferred to map/track the changes in ownership of the real-world asset. The identity of all assets that have a digital surrogate are stored. The ability to validate the identity of a real-world asset by comparing it with its digital surrogate smart contract in the secure distributed ledger is provided. The ability to first-time owners to associate specific immutable records to the digital surrogate is provided.

Abstract: Techniques are described that provide a centralized system to coordinate disparate teams involved in handling various tasks, including, for example, the tasks relating to settling the affairs of an estate. In one described example, such techniques provide a centralized estate resource system (ERS) to create, manage, track, and coordinate task checklists and actions for each of the teams including interactions between teams. The ERS may assign specific personnel within each team to a given estate, send notifications and warnings to appropriate team members when tasks are due or complete, and facilitate messaging between team members to communicate when information is needed or has become available. The ERS may provide updated status and information across teams without violating privacy or security regulations, as may be the case with email, text messages, or voice messages.

Abstract: Described herein are systems and methods of facilitating remote notarization of electronic instruments and storing records memorializing these notarization events. A notarization system provider may capture video feeds from different angles, and combine the feeds into a single archive multimedia file, which may be stored as a secured record of a notarization. The notarization system may be utilized as an alternative to a conventional notarization settings involving a notary, in-person. The notarization system provider may supply a signing party with an electronic instrument, which could be any instrument requiring notarization to be effective. Parties signing the document may go to a system provider's location or representatives could bring the requisite devices to the signing parties. Cameras generate video feeds of the notary, the notary, and any witnesses, and then forward the feeds to other devices in the system, allowing each party to observe the signing party sign the instrument.

Abstract: An orchestrated services layer system for a multi-tier architecture is provided. The system may include an electronic signature application programming interface (API) and an electronic signature framework. The API may receive a request for electronic signature relating to a specific transaction. The request may include an identi-authenti object that authenticates and identifies a customer, customer identification data and transaction data. The API may retrieve a template associated with the transaction data. The API may transfer the request, or a portion of the request and the template to a framework. The framework may prepare a document-to-sign by adding personalized customer information to the document, selecting a type of electronic signature and adding signature tags to the document. The framework may return the ready-to-sign document to the API. The API may forward, for signature, the ready-to-sign document to a channel associated with the customer.

Furthermore, a corresponding IP platform can have an automated patent valuation system. A user can enter 1. An individual patent or 2. A pool of multiple patents. Abstract: Methods and systems for secure media processing may be used to execute and certify a digital media asset by verifying that the digital media asset is authentic and has not been altered since capture. In some cases, these secure media processing techniques may be used in the mobile certification and execution application and a corresponding server system. Data transferred to a secure server are accessible by various parties involved in the certification and execution process to provide transparency.
