    摘要: A dial programming switch comprises, especially, a switch structure which can be connected to the bank pin connector, comprises a seat, an upper cover, a plurality of push buttons and terminal. The seat spaced with a plurality of receiving grooves, each groove is connected with two terminal receiving holes at the lower side thereof. The upper cover is spaced with a plurality of holes with respect to the receiving grooves on the seat, the upper cover covering on the top of the seat. A plurality of push buttons each having a push button seat. The top of the push button seat is installed with a protrusion which protrudes from the holes of the upper cover. The bottom of the push button seat has a convex pushing portion. The push buttons are matched with the push button seat on the receiving grooves of the seat. A plurality of terminal sets each including a first terminal and a second terminal. The first terminal and second terminal are fixed to the terminal receiving hole of the seat. Each of the first terminal and second terminal extending with two clamping portions. The upper ends of the first terminal and second terminal each extending with a contact portion. The contact portion of the first terminal is formed as a convex portion; and the contact portions of the first terminal and the second terminal are installed on the receiving grooves of the seat; the contact portion of the second terminal is formed below the contact portion of the first terminal. The pushing portion of the push button ejecting against the contacting portion of the first terminal. Therefore, an easily assembled and low manufacturing cost dial programming switch is formed by aforesaid structure.

    摘要: An automatic-transmission control for outputting a switch signal of a shift position is produced as follows. A first terminal unit includes small-power fixed contacts coupled with small-power contacts of a connector through a coupling portion, is formed. A second terminal unit, which includes large-power fixed contacts coupled with large-power contacts of a connector through a coupling portion, is formed. A positioning resin block is formed to at least one of the first and second terminal units. The first and second terminal units are laminated through the positioning block. A switch body and a connector are molded upon inserting the laminated first and second terminal units in a molding die. The switch body and the connector are separated by cutting the coupling portion.

    摘要: A fluid pressure responsive electric switch (10) is shown having an elongated base (12) in which first and second terminals (34, 48) are mounted by dropping them into respective slots (26, 28). The terminals are provided with tabs (38, 52) to engage with a platform (30) of the base to limit motion in one direction and are in turn engaged by a guide member (62) to prevent motion in an opposite direction. The guide member (62) has a cylindrical force transfer portion (86) aligned with the weld portion (104) of a sensor assembly (92) to transfer force without adversely affecting the calibration of the sensor assembly. Electrical leads (118, 120) have connectors (126, 128) attached to an end thereof along with cylindrical gaskets (134) which form an interference fit in bores (22, 20) of the base to provide an environmental seal at the same time electrical connection is made to the terminals. In a modified embodiment a special thermal isolation fitting (140) is shown particularly adapted for use in sealed refrigeration applications.

    摘要: The present invention is illustrated in one form as an inline electrical circuit breaker system for an electrical extension cable comprising an intermediate coupler having opposite end terminals adapted for electrically coupling a female terminal of a first electrical cable to a male terminal of a second electrical cable. A recess is formed in the coupler and has a pair of opposite end walls, the recess being adapted for receiving a circuit breaker. A first power bus segment extends from one of the opposite end terminals through an adjacent one of the opposite end walls and partially into the recess. A second power bus segment extends from another of the opposite end terminals through an adjacent one of the pair of opposite end walls and partially into the recess. The circuit breaker includes terminals for coupling the first and second power bus segments for establishing a current path through the coupler when the breaker is installed in the recess.

    摘要: A rotary key switch has a momentary action such that a lock cylinder and control member are returned to normal positions by a torsion spring provided in a central bore of the control member. The switch housing is in two parts, a lower body portion and an upper panel mounted cap portion that also supports the lock cylinder. The lower portion defines a cylindrical cavity and supports the control member on a central post that is also provided in this central bore. The housing portions are telescopically secured to one another and a stop is deformed in part by the control member and the panel mounted cap portion to positively limit the rotation of the key and lock cylinder.
