摘要: An elastic molding die is composed of an elastomer laminate film, of which the innermost layer is formed of an elastomer not containing fillers. The innermost layer elastomer is preferably an oil-resistant elastomer. Alternatively, an oil-repellent agent may be contained in the innermost layer elastomer. The outer layer may be formed of an elastomer containing fillers. Furthermore, an oil blocking layer can be provided between the inner layer and the outer layer. A master model is dipped in an elastomer solution not containing fillers, heat dried to form a gelled elastomer film, the film is coated with a coagulant, dipped again in an elastomer solution, taken out, gelation treated, and the elastomer film is peeled from the master model to obtain an elastic molding die. In another method, a once-formed hollow elastic molding die is turned inside out, pressed in with a gas to swell, the swollen die is coated with an elastomer solution not containing fillers, heat dried, and turned it again inside out.

摘要: A confection molding machine provides for continuous, multiple cavity molding and unmolding of confection figures which may be of differing configuration and mass. The mold device utilizes a self-closing and opening mold in conjunction with dedicated, independent injection nozzles and confection pumps. Two outwardly facing mold halves are carried on an independent mold assembly, and corresponding mold halves abut one another just before filling and again after unmolding the finished confection figure. An endless conveyor, preferably a pair of spaced transfer chains, carries the mold assemblies and the mold halves are clamped together when passing over an unsupported section of the endless conveyor.

摘要: The present invention provides a travel sequence for molds in a chocolate forming plant of the fixed surface type wherein the width of the travel front or number of molds fed is changed for different stages of the forming process. 摘要: The invention relates to a process for producing a food product in the form of an individual article, particularly a bar, by sintering a powder-form starting material.To carry out the process, the powder is introduced into the cells of a mould, lightly compacted in the cells, heat-treated in a furnace for a period and at a temperature such that the individual particles melt at their surface and adhere to one another, after which the articles are removed from their moulds and cooled.The process is applicable to culinary products and to articles of confectionery or chocolate. The articles obtained may be coated.

摘要: The present invention relates to an apparatus for making a food product (2), said product having a solid outer shell (3) with top (4), bottom (5) and side (6) walls, and optionally an inner core (7) filled with liquid, semi-solid and/or solid filling, characterized in that said apparatus comprises: (i) a support frame (8) holding at least one matrix (9) that goes through said support frame (8) and has opposed openings, (ii) two punches (11a, 11b) disposed respectively each side of said matrix (9) and facing said openings, said punches having a cross section that corresponds to the cross section of said openings, and being movable along a common axis that corresponds to the longitudinal axis of said matrix, said matrix and said pair of punches defining respectively the side and the end walls of a mold (12), (iii) filling means for filling the mold (12), with a predetermined quantity of food product in a liquid or semi-solid form, (iv) actuating means for moving said punches (11a, 11b) and exerting a longitudinal pressure onto said punches when said mold (12), is filled with food product and closed so that said product contained into said mold is compressed, (v) ejecting means for ejecting a molded food product (2), out of the mold (12), once the latter is in the open position.
