    摘要: In a roving winding apparatus applied to a roving frame provided with a plurality of draft parts and corresponding bobbin wheels, a bobbin shaft for driving the bobbin wheel, a bobbin rail on which the bobbin shaft is rotatably horizontally mounted along the longitudinal direction thereof, a lifting motion mechanism for lifting the bobbin rail, and a main motor for driving the draft parts at a predetermined rotational speed, wherein the bobbin shaft is driven under a controlled condition created by a servomotor to follow a digital signal output from the rotation angle detecting device applied to the common bottom front roller of the draft parts, in an adjusted optimal condition under the control of a computer system, incorporated with the lifting motion of the bobbin rail.

    摘要: In order to be able to start-spin on the individual spinning units of an open-end spinning machine under conditions which deviate from the operating conditions and which are, in particular, significantly more favourable for start-spinning, the end of the thread is placed on a ring of fibres located in the spinning rotor at a spinning rotor speed which is reduced relative to the operating speed. At the same time, the sliver feed is reduced in such a manner that the amount of sliver feed corresponds to the reduced speed of the spinning rotor. This reduced sliver speed is produced by a mobile start-spinning unit which is equipped with means which intervene in the drive and/or control of the drive or control means causing feed of the sliver.

    摘要: In a flyer frame, winding of rovings is performed by utilizing the difference in rotation rate between a flyer and a bobbin. Therefore, it is necessary to reduce the rotation rate differences with increase of the bobbin diameter. The bobbin is driven through one of a pair of cone drums around which a belt is stretched, and the rotation rate of the bobbin can be adjusted by changing the belt position along the length of the cone. A device for compensating changes in roving winding tension comprises a link mechanism having at least two elements and disposed to connect a belt shift for moving a belt with a moving member capable of intermittent movement at a constant pitch. The link mechanism is moved by the moving member along a fixed guide member having a cam surface while part thereof is engaging the cam surface of the fixed guide member. By the cooperative action of the cam surface and link mechanism, the constant-pitch intermittent movement of the moving member is converted to a desired movement of the belt, thus compensating the changes of the roving tension.
