    摘要: Each beaker is pivoted in such a manner that its longitudinal axis is tilted. Each beaker is equipped with a dosing hose, via which additives can be fed into the inner space of the beaker. Accordingly, the additives can be fed in a controlled manner and continuously or step-by-step into the beakers which are continuously moving, i.e. without any interruption of the movement of the beakers. This leads to a more uniform laboratory dyeing within the surface of the specimens.

Application is to machines of the Jig type.

    摘要: The invention provides a roll over which a sheet of dyed and dried yarns passes from a drying chamber. During operation of the apparatus, the roll is maintained in a position diverting the yarns out of a straight path, creating a surplus in the path. When the machine stops, the roll is moved slowly under controlled conditions to a position nearer a straight path, during which the surplus is given up to compensate for the shrinkage of the yarn residing in the drying chamber whereby yarn in the dyeing stage remains motionless. The invention is particularly (but not solely) useful in the manufacture of tufted carpeting from yarns dyed individually in segments along their length with different colors for production of predetermined complex designs in the carpet.

    摘要: This invention provides a control apparatus for use with a dyeing and/or finishing machine of the kind in which a skein or rope of material is passed through a closed circuit including tubular conduits. A magnet or metal element moves with the skein or rope and in one zone of the closed circuit an electromagnetic detector is arranged to provide pulses in response to the passage of the said element through the zone. If the pulses fail to appear within a given interval of the time taken for one complete circuit of the dyeing machine in normal operation of the latter the detecting circuit operates an alarm device signalling stoppage of the skein or rope in the machine.

The method consists in applying selected luminescent dye marking materials to a selected thread or yarns during production of the web material and then utilizing line guide illumination and sensing responsive to selected luminescence to derive positioning signals which are then utilized through suitable control means to continually maintain lateral web position of the moving web material for trimming, rolling, etc. operations.

    摘要: A screw conveyor based fabric dyeing machine including a machine body inside which a screw conveyor including a conveying screw and a fabric support board is arranged and generally parallel to an extension direction of the machine body. Fabric moves through a dyeing tube arranged with the machine body to fall down onto the screw conveyor so that the fabric can be conveyed by the screw conveyor forward through the machine body to reach a guide roller and a nozzle to complete a cycle of circulation for subsequently re-entering the dyeing tube to be dyed therein. As such, water consumption can be reduced and dyeing performance is enhanced, achieving energy saving and carbon reduction, reducing contamination to the surroundings, and realizing green economy.
