摘要: A device may include a battery module configured to power a load. The device may include a precharge relay switch electrically connected between the positive node of the battery module and the load and in series with a precharge resistor. The device may include a negative relay switch electrically connected between a negative node of the battery module and the load. The precharge relay switch and the negative relay switch are set to a closed state and the positive relay switch is set to an opened state when an electrical connection to the load is detected at a first time, and the precharge relay switch is set to an opened state and the positive relay switch is set to a closed state at a second time when a difference between a voltage across the load and a voltage of the battery module satisfies a threshold difference.

摘要: A voltage measurement circuit board includes a predetermined m number of voltage measuring units. Each of the m number of voltage measuring units includes an (N+1) number of connection ports disposed in sequence for a predetermined N number of series connected cells, a plurality of voltage measurement wires extending respectively from the (N+1) number of connection ports, and a voltage measurer for measuring a voltage between the adjacent connection ports. Among the m number of voltage measuring units, at least one voltage measuring unit includes a branch wire branched from at least one of the plurality of voltage measurement wires, and a branch connection port connected to the branch wire. In the foregoing, m is an integer greater than or equal to 1, and N is an integer greater than or equal to 2.

摘要: In a battery pack and an electrical device, one or more sensors are provided at a battery pack side, and sensor information acquired on a battery side is used to control an electrical device main body. Sensors that collect and output physical information arising due to external factors are provided at a battery pack, and a control part of the battery pack processes signals detected by the sensors and creates a control signal compatible with a mounted electrical device main body. The control part of the battery pack transmits, to the electrical device main body, a signal for controlling the electrical device main body via a communication terminal to enable a control part of the electrical device main body to perform optimal control using sensor information.

The temperature measuring sensor includes: a pillar part extending along the axial direction; a locking jaw member extending from a lower position of the pillar part to an upper position toward the housing along the axial direction, extending to follow both the axial direction and a crossing direction crossing the axial direction, and providing an elastic bias force along the crossing direction away from the pillar part with respect to the mounting hole in the housing; and an expansion part expanding from a circumference of the pillar part to cover the mounting hole at an upper portion of the mounting hole along the axial direction. The sealing member is between the expansion part of the temperature measuring sensor and the housing and surrounds the mounting hole.

摘要: A storage battery management device according to the present embodiment includes a processor functioning as an acquisition unit, a deterioration prediction unit, a calculation unit, and a display control unit. The acquisition unit acquires parameters including charge/discharge power, a charge/discharge capacity, and SOC of the storage battery system of a storage battery system. The deterioration prediction unit predicts deterioration of the storage battery system on the basis of the acquired parameters. The calculation unit performs calculation relating to deterioration by multiple patterns with respect to one or more of parameters including the charge/discharge power, a C rate indicating a charging/discharging speed, etc., on the basis of a digital model and the predicted deterioration. The calculation unit specifies a pattern whose life extension effect is relatively high. The display control unit causes a display device to display the one or more parameters of the specified pattern.

摘要: One or more embodiments provide a switch diagnosis device including: a switch in a current path at a high voltage side; a voltage-sensing circuit configured to generate a voltage signal by sensing a voltage across the switch at the high voltage side; a current-sensing circuit configured to generate a current signal by detecting a current flowing through the current path; a controller configured to: receive the voltage signal and the current signal, calculate contact resistance of the switch based on the received voltage signal and the received current signal, and diagnose a deterioration state of the switch based on the calculated contact resistance; and a first isolated communication circuit configured to transfer the voltage signal outputted from the voltage-sensing circuit to the controller at a low voltage side that is galvanically isolated from the high voltage side.

In addition, the example system includes an acoustic receiver also disposed within the internal battery compartment and positioned to receive the transmitted acoustic signal. The example system monitors the time of flight of the acoustic signal and detects the hazardous battery condition of the one or more battery cells based on a change in the time of flight of the acoustic signal.
