    摘要: In a battery pack and an electrical device, one or more sensors are provided at a battery pack side, and sensor information acquired on a battery side is used to control an electrical device main body. Sensors that collect and output physical information arising due to external factors are provided at a battery pack, and a control part of the battery pack processes signals detected by the sensors and creates a control signal compatible with a mounted electrical device main body. The control part of the battery pack transmits, to the electrical device main body, a signal for controlling the electrical device main body via a communication terminal to enable a control part of the electrical device main body to perform optimal control using sensor information.

    摘要: A battery pack including: a plurality of battery cells; a housing accommodating the plurality of battery cells; a temperature measuring sensor extending from outside the housing to inside the housing along an axial direction by passing through a mounting hole in the housing; and a sealing member. The temperature measuring sensor includes: a pillar part extending along the axial direction; a locking jaw member extending from a lower position of the pillar part to an upper position toward the housing along the axial direction, extending to follow both the axial direction and a crossing direction crossing the axial direction, and providing an elastic bias force along the crossing direction away from the pillar part with respect to the mounting hole in the housing; and an expansion part expanding from a circumference of the pillar part to cover the mounting hole at an upper portion of the mounting hole along the axial direction. The sealing member is between the expansion part of the temperature measuring sensor and the housing and surrounds the mounting hole.

    摘要: One or more embodiments provide a switch diagnosis device including: a switch in a current path at a high voltage side; a voltage-sensing circuit configured to generate a voltage signal by sensing a voltage across the switch at the high voltage side; a current-sensing circuit configured to generate a current signal by detecting a current flowing through the current path; a controller configured to: receive the voltage signal and the current signal, calculate contact resistance of the switch based on the received voltage signal and the received current signal, and diagnose a deterioration state of the switch based on the calculated contact resistance; and a first isolated communication circuit configured to transfer the voltage signal outputted from the voltage-sensing circuit to the controller at a low voltage side that is galvanically isolated from the high voltage side.

    摘要: A system, method, and computer program product for utilizing an ultrasonic sensor compensating for the physical conditions of an internal battery compartment (e.g., temperature and/or humidity), to detect a hazardous battery condition, is provided. An example system includes a battery case defining an internal battery compartment and one or more battery cells contained in the internal battery compartment. The example system further includes an acoustic transmitter disposed within the internal battery compartment and configured to transmit an acoustic signal. In addition, the example system includes an acoustic receiver also disposed within the internal battery compartment and positioned to receive the transmitted acoustic signal. The example system monitors the time of flight of the acoustic signal and detects the hazardous battery condition of the one or more battery cells based on a change in the time of flight of the acoustic signal.
