摘要: A machine for cutting or beveling a pipe. A cutter unit rotates around the pipe while cutting any surface of the pipe after gripping and fixing the pipe. The machine includes: a main body which a pipe passes through the center portion thereof to be fixed; and a cutter unit coupled to the main body unit rotates around the fixed pipe to cut or bevel the pipe. The cutter unit may have a rotating unit on one side to pull the cutter unit aside and a locking unit on the other side to restrain or release the cutter unit. An entry control unit operating the cutter unit includes: a lever gear-engaged with an outer side surface of an entry control plate; and a clutch formed on a rotation shaft of the lever such that the restraint is released when the lever is lifted or pressed in the axial direction.

The systems include blade milling systems that include a milling head, a blade support structure, a blade advance structure, and a control system. The methods include supporting a saw blade, advancing the saw blade, and machining a finished tooth profile in a working portion of the saw blade with an end mill. In some embodiments, the machining may include operatively translating the end mill relative to the saw blade with a milling head and within a plane that is at least substantially perpendicular to an end mill rotational axis. In some embodiments, the machining may include dry-machining the finished tooth profile in the working portion of the saw blade in a single pass. The saw blades include a plurality of teeth and may include at least one relief region.

摘要: The present invention relates to an automatic machining device for a high-speed rail pantograph carbon contact strip and a machining method therefor. The automatic machining device is sequentially provided with a milling position, a sawing position and a chamfering position, and comprises a rack, a band sawing machine, a workpiece milling device, a workpiece chamfering device, a CNC computer numerical control system and a pneumatic system. A carbon contact strip workpiece to be machined is arranged on the rack and is sequentially subjected to milling, sawing and chamfering machining; and a saw frame of the band sawing machine is also provided with a saw band upper guide servo rotating device and a saw band lower guide servo rotating device, and the saw band upper guide servo rotating device and the saw band lower guide servo rotating device can freely, synchronously and correspondingly rotate a band saw blade within a certain range. In the present invention, a carbon contact strip is machined by means of a sawing mode, the processes of sawing, milling and chamfering are integrated on one device, and the processes of milling, sawing and chamfering can be automatically completed after once clamping, thereby saving materials, and increasing the working efficiency.

摘要: Applicant has disclosed a chamfer gage with interchangeable anvil assemblies which can measure the diameter of chamfered holes and the chamfer angle (up to 135°). In the preferred embodiment, the chamfer gage comprises: an indicator housing; a compression fitting, attached to the housing, for securing an indicator spindle for movement inside the housing; and an interchangeable anvil assembly, having an anvil body with a depressible anvil or plunger inside, which can be detachably connected to the indicator housing by a threaded thumb ring rotatably mounted on the housing. Another interchangeable anvil assembly can be swapped within thirty seconds to measure the chamfer of a different hole size.
