摘要: A current collector for an electrically powered vehicle has an articulated supporting rod supporting a rocker assembly and a lifting drive. The supporting rod is a pantograph with a lower arm and an upper arm and an elbow joint. The rocker assembly has a rocker frame with mutually parallel upper and lower transverse beams. The beams are connected centrally by a center strut and on each end side by a lateral strut on swivel joints. The upper arm is connected on the contact wire side to the center strut via a rocker joint. The contact strips of the two contact poles are supported on the rocker frame symmetrically with respect to the center strut. In this way a current collector is provided by which, with a simpler construction, a consistent contact force can be achieved between contact strips and contact wires of the overhead line system.

摘要: A current collector for a non-track-bound, electrically driven vehicle for feeding electrical energy from a two-pole overhead line system with two contact wires. Two upper arms are rotatably connected to an adjustable lower arm by toggle joints. Each upper arm carries a contact rocker for contacting the contact wires. Coupling bars are rotatably connected to the upper arms and articulated so that adjustment of the lower arm forces adjustment of the upper arms. A compensating rocker compensates for a height difference between the contact rockers with a rocker stand and a rocker beam. The rocker stand can be rotatably connected to the vehicle and the rocker beam is connected to the coupling bars by way of compensating joints on either side of the rocker joint. At least one stop element limits a rotational movement of the rocker beam about a rocker joint axis of the rocker joint.

摘要: A road-guided motor vehicle includes a power collector for an overhead line and an actuator arrangement. The power collector is controlled by the actuator arrangement from a first, pantograph-lowered into a second, pantograph-raised position or vice versa. The power collector is assigned a sensor arrangement having a data connection to a control unit of the actuator arrangement. The control unit is configured such that a contact pressure of power collector against overhead line is detected or determined using sensor arrangement data, a memory with spatially resolved contact pressures for the power collector and a position ascertaining unit. At a motor vehicle position determined by the position ascertaining unit, an associated contact pressure is read out from the memory and automatically set by the control unit or signaled to a motor vehicle driver. A method for raising a power collector pantograph onto an overhead line is also provided.

摘要: A method and a device test whether there is contact between a current collector and a contact wire of an overhead line. The current collector is located on a motor vehicle driven by an electric motor, and the contact wire extends in a direction of travel. The current collector has two contact regions oriented transversely to the direction of travel which are arranged one behind the other in the direction of travel and on each of which an end contact element is located. A pair of end contact elements located on the same side is connected to a measuring device and an electrical state variable is detected by the measuring device. Subsequently, it is determined in accordance with the detected state variable whether the pair of end contact elements is in contact with the overhead line.

摘要: A connecting unit for connection to an electric vehicle with two or more contact rails is provided. By way of example, one contact rail is provided for the connection DC+ and one contact rail is provided for the connection DC−. These contact rails are dependent on one another to a certain degree on account of the positive and negative polarity. Therefore, the contact rails are not arranged in any desired manner, but rather at a specific distance from one another. Furthermore, the connecting unit has a further contact rail to which a signal can be applied. The contact rails can be connected to corresponding vehicle-side contact rails of the electric vehicle.

摘要: A pantograph remote control circuit for an unmanned metro train includes a startup circuit of an auxiliary inverter emergency start relay, a control circuit of an auxiliary inverter energized relay, and a startup circuit of a pantograph raising relay. A first normally-open contact pair of the pantograph raising relay is serially connected to a pantograph raising electromagnetic valve and then connected to an output terminal of a battery. At the meantime, the bootstrap is remotely controlled by the internal ATC wake-up module when the power supply is fed by the battery, and there is no need for the driver to operate on the spot, thereby saving time for the driver from operations and reducing the potential misoperation of the driver.
