    摘要: The present invention concerns a Machine (10, 10′) for simultaneous cutting of a plurality of slabs (18) from a block (B) of stone material through a plurality of band saw blades (11), wherein each of said band saw blades (11) is closed in a loop between a respective driving pulley (12) or a shared driving drum and a respective driven pulley (13) or a shared driven drum, said driving pulleys (12) or said shared driving drum rotating around a first axis (A) of rotation, or respective first axes of rotation parallel to each other, and said driven pulleys (13) or said shared driven drum rotating around the same second axis (A′) of rotation, parallel to said first axis (A) of rotation, or respective second axes of rotation parallel to each other and parallel to said first axes of rotation, said axis (A) of rotation of the driving pulleys (12) or of said shared driving drum and said axis of rotation (A′) of the driven pulleys (13) or of said shared driven drum being in turn mounted on a frame (14) movable with respect to said block of stone material, along two directions (x,y) incident to each other, one direction (x) of cutting said block (B) of stone material, said direction (x) of cutting being disposed on a plane (τ) of cutting of said slabs (18), said plane (τ) of cutting being in its turn incident with respect to a direction (y) of relative advancement of said block (B) of stone material with respect to said frame (14), characterised in that the plane (π) to which said direction (x) of cutting and said direction (y) of relative advancement of said block (B) of stone material with respect to said frame (14) belong is horizontal and at least the portion of the path of each of said band saw blades (11) included between respective movable spacers (19) is inclined with respect to the vertical of an angle (β) comprised between 3 and 20° in the direction of cutting.

A guide is arranged to position the sawing section of the saw wire relative to the workpiece. The guide is configured to permit a plurality of independent directions of movement such that, in addition to an advance of the sawing section in the direction of the workpiece to be cut, the sawing section can be lengthened and/or shortened. A wire-storage-and-tensioning device is arranged for loading, unloading, and tensioning the saw wire when a position and/or a length of the sawing section is changed by the guide. The guide has, for each of the plurality of independent directions of movement, a separate wire storage associated with the given individual direction of movement.

    摘要: A saw wire to cut hard and brittle materials is disclosed that comprises a steel wire that is provided with bends with segments in between. The average degree of bending of the bends is between 0.5% and 5%. Such a saw wire has a higher breaking load compared to saw wires having a conventional, higher average degree of bending. A method to measure the curvature is described as well as a process to make the inventive saw wire. The invention is applicable to any shaped saw wire for example a single crimped saw wire, a saw wire with at least two crimps in different planes, a saw wire with crimps rotating in a plane.

    摘要: A quick tensioning system applicable to handheld chainsaws is provided wherein, during chain re-tensioning, the chain guiding bar remains firmly anchored to the bar holder and guiding means are provided to retract the motorized driving sprocket versus said guiding bar. The system includes a guide interposed between a stationary bar holding body and a motor body. This allows a linear or a rotation relative movement between the sliding driving sprocket and the stationary guiding bar. A drive is provided by means of a screw that an operator can easily operate via a knob conveniently mounted nearby the chainsaw handle.
