摘要: A freeze drying plant for drying products containing liquid has a vacuum chamber configured to receive the products. A reception device has at least one reception plate onto which the products can be applied. A cooling system has a fluid circuit configured to cool and/or to heat the products by a cooling fluid conducted in the fluid circuit. The reception plate has at least one closed fluid space that is connected to the fluid circuit and that cooling fluid flows through. At least one sound generator introduces ultrasound into the products during a drying phase, with the sound generator disposed in the fluid space and being able to be flowed around by cooling fluid.

摘要: A system to monitor and control a lyophilization process using a wireless network is disclosed which includes one or more wireless pressure and gas temperature sensors adapted to provide pressure and gas temperature measurements of the ambient environment, a lyophilization chamber, wherein the one or more wireless pressure sensors are distributed in one or more lyophilization vial trays, a vacuum pump, adapted to change the pressure with the lyophilization chamber, a heat exchanger adapted to modify temperature within the lyophilization chamber, and a controller adapted to collect pressure and gas temperature data from the one or more wireless pressure and gas temperature sensors, calculate sublimation rate of a product to be lyophilized using the collected pressure and gas temperature data, and adjust one or both of pressure and temperature within the lyophilization chamber such that the calculated sublimation rate stays within a predetermined envelope.

摘要: System and methods related to lyophilization of pharmaceutical products are disclosed. In some embodiments, vials of product are moved through a system using one or more movers which are electromagnetically levitated and moved through the system without making mechanical contact with each other or the system. Load lock chambers may allow a mover to enter from one process region's environment and then be brought to an environment condition of the next process region to allow materials to be passed through conditioning, nucleation, and/or vacuum drying regions prior to finally exit the system to an unloading zone. The movers may then be cleaned or reloaded with vials to begin the process again with a new load of vials.

摘要: The invention provides a method of preparing a lyophilized pharmaceutical composition containing a compound described herein or a pharmaceutically-acceptable salt thereof. 摘要: A lyophilization nest and method of using the same is described herein. In various embodiments, the lyophilization nest is configured to support one or more receptacles each supporting one or more substances within an interior space of the lyophilization nest. The interior space may be in fluid communication with the exterior of the lyophilization nest through one or more vent holes extending through a surface of the lyophilization nest. Each of the one or more vent holes have a corresponding sealing element configured to selectively form an air-tight seal within the vent holes, such that a controlled environment may be maintained within the interior space when the ambient conditions surrounding the lyophilization nest are not lyophilization conditions. The one or more sealing elements may be operable while the lyophilization nest is positioned within a sealed lyophilizer by depressing the sealing elements into corresponding vent holes to form the air-tight seal.

The polymer is polymerized from 10 to 30% by weight of methyl methacrylate, 50 to 70% by weight of methyl acrylate, and 5 to 15% by weight of methacrylic acid.
