    Abstract: Disclosed is a method for transmitting a random access signal in a wireless communication system, the method performed by an user equipment (UE) according to the present specification comprising: transmitting a random access signal to a base station by means of a physical random access channel (PRACH) resource area of a narrow band (NB) having a system bandwidth of 180 kHz, wherein the PRACH resource area comprises a first PRACH resource area and a second PRACH resource area, each of which comprising at least one subcarrier having a particular subcarrier spacing, and any one from among the first PRACH resource area and second PRACH resource area is utilized for data transmission.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for transmitting and receiving narrowband (NB) synchronization signals. A base station transmits an NB secondary synchronization signal (SSS) indicating N NB cell identities assigned for NB Internet of Things (IoT) operation, a specific sequence generated by multiplying a base sequence with a cover sequence in element units is used for the NB SSS, wherein the base sequence is generated through a second Zadoff-Chu sequence having a length corresponding to a largest prime number less than a length L in a frequency domain, and the specific sequence is divisionally mapped to and transmitted in a plurality of orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) symbols in elements each having a length M.

    Abstract: A method for transmitting a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) is discussed. The method is performed by a wireless device and includes receiving downlink control information (DCI), which is repeated on a plurality of downlink subframes, identifying a last subframe on which the repetition is completed, determining that the identified last subframe is not used for determining a start subframe to repeatedly transmit the PUSCH, substituting the last subframe with a first subframe usable for determining the start subframe to transmit the PUSCH after the identified last subframe, based on the determination that the identified last subframe is not used for determining the start subframe; determining the start subframe to transmit the PUSCH, based on the first subframe other than the last subframe, and transmitting the PUSCH repeated over a plurality of subframes starting from the determined start subframe.
