    Abstract: Wireless communications systems and methods related to sidelink communications between user equipments (UEs). A method of wireless communication performed by a first UE comprises establishing a connection with a second UE on a first frequency channel; transmitting, via the first frequency channel, an indication of resources on a second frequency channel; transmitting, via the second frequency channel using the indicated resources, one or more signals sweeping a plurality of beam directions; receiving, via the first frequency channel or the second frequency channel in response to transmitting the one or more signals, an index associated with a preferred beam direction; and communicating with the second UE in the second frequency channel using the preferred beam direction.

    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for differential measurement reporting for lower-layer triggered mobility (LTM). An example method, performed at a wireless node, generally includes measuring reference signals (RSs), wherein each of the RSs is associated with a cell and a beam, generating, based on the measuring, a report that indicates RS measurements associated with different cells, wherein the report indicates: one or more absolute values of one or more of the RS measurements and one or more differential values for other RS measurements, wherein each of the differential values represents a difference in value of one of the other RS measurements relative to one of the one or more absolute values, and outputting the report for transmission.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may transmit, to a base station, a report associated with a maximum permissible exposure event that has occurred for one or more component carriers. The report may indicate one or more candidate beams for each of the one or more component carriers. The UE may receive, from the base station, at least one downlink control information message scheduling an uplink communication on the one or more component carriers. The UE may transmit, to the base station, the uplink communication on the one or more component carriers using at least one transmit beam that corresponds to a candidate beam of the one or more candidate beams for a component carrier of the one or more component carriers.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive control signaling that indicates a set of cross-link interference (CLI) resources to monitor for inter-UE CLI and a set of separate inter-UE CLI metrics for the UE to report for the set of CLI resources. The control signaling may include at least a channel state information (CSI) resource configuration, or a CSI report configuration, or a CLI resource configuration, or a CLI report configuration, or a CSI aperiodic trigger state configuration, or a CLI aperiodic trigger state configuration, or a combination thereof. The UE may monitor the set of CLI resources to determine the set of separate inter-UE CLI metrics for the set of CLI resources. The UE may transmit a measurement report that indicates the set of separate inter-UE CLI metrics for the set of CLI resources.
