    Abstract: A collection tank for a mobile vacuum excavator includes a front with a closed end, a rear with an open end, a door configured to be closed over the open end, and a linkage assembly having a first end attached to the door and a second end attached to the body. A first pivotal movement drives the first end and second end away from each other, and a second pivotal movement moves the first end and the second end toward each other. An actuator is attached to the first arm and to the second arm so that actuation of the actuator in a first direction drives the first pivotal movement and actuation of the actuator in a second direction drives the second arm the second pivotal movement.

    Abstract: A furniture drive includes a carrier to be fixed a furniture carcass, an actuating arm for moving the movably-supported furniture part relative to the carrier, the actuating arm being pivotable about a first pivoting axis, and an interface for fixing a synchronization shaft, and configured to synchronize a pivotal movement of the actuating arm with a pivotal movement of an actuating arm of a further actuating drive. The interface includes a component pivotable about a second pivoting axis, the second pivoting axis being arranged laterally offset to the first pivoting axis of the actuating arm. The carrier has an upper side which, in a mounted condition of the furniture drive on the furniture carcass, faces towards a top panel of the furniture carcass, and the first pivoting axis has a larger perpendicular distance to the upper side than the second pivoting axis.

    Abstract: A door closer or operator includes a pivoting pinion on the door closer housing for transmitting door motion, and a cam connected thereto. A connecting member extends along a spring and engages the peripheral edge of the cam. Rotation of the cam causes a change in length of the portion of the connecting member between the position tangent to the cam peripheral edge and the spring second end to expand or compress the spring, resulting in a force transmitted along a longitudinal axis of the connecting member as a result of spring deflection. The cam peripheral edge has a profile with a varying radial distance between the cam axis and the connecting member at the position tangent to the cam peripheral edge such that the radial distance is changed as the spring expands or compresses to maintain a desired constant torque about the axis of the cam and pinion.

    Abstract: A door hinge for a household appliance, the household appliance including a body and a door, the door being movable about a horizontal axis between a substantially vertical closed position and a substantially horizontal opened position. The door hinge includes a housing couplable to the body, a door lever pivotably mountable on the door for movement about a main shaft, a weight compensating spring and a closing spring. The weight compensating spring holds the door substantially in a position of equilibrium when the door is opened and the closing spring applies a self-closing force shortly before the door reaches the closed position and applies a closure maintaining force when the door reaches the closed position. Further included is a dampening device that counteracts one or both of a closing force and an opening force.
