    Abstract: The disclosure relates to a pivot axle arrangement for providing the two structural elements are pivotally movable in relation to each other. The pivot axle arrangement comprises a first and a second axle spindle for holding an outer axle, a first and a second bearing element and the outer axle. The outer axle is formed as a hollow cylinder. An inner axle is concentrically arranged in a longitudinal direction inside of the outer axle such that the inner axle extends between said first and second axle spindle. The ends of the inner axle are fastened to the first and second axle spindles by a first and second fastening means such that the first and second axle spindles are interconnected via said inner axle.

    Abstract: A magazine for storing and launching countermeasures arranged in cartridges, comprising a plurality of longitudinal cartridge cases forming the magazine, where the magazine comprises a tilting means adapted to tilt the cartridge cases, such that the openings of the cartridge cases can be directed in a selected direction, and where a countermeasure comprises multiple projectiles, and where the magazine is adapted to launch a first countermeasure and a second countermeasure, where the projectile cluster density of the first countermeasure is lower than the projectile cluster density of the second countermeasure. The advantage of the invention is that a countermeasure can be directed towards an incoming object and can be adapted for the distance to the object before it is launched.

    Abstract: The present invention refers to a method for controlling transmission of an electronically steerable antenna system, wherein the electronically steerable antenna system comprises a signal generator configured to generate electromagnetic waveforms, and an antenna. The antenna comprises an even number of antenna columns symmetrically arranged about a centerline of the antenna and thereby forming two symmetrical antenna halves. Respective antenna column comprises at least one antenna element configured at least for transmitting electromagnetic waves. The electronically steerable antenna system is configured for transmitting at least interrogation signals and ISLS control signals, and the method comprises the method steps of, when transmitting the ISLS control signals: generating an electromagnetic waveform; applying a first transmission phase offset to the electromagnetic waveform, wherein the first transmission phase offset determines the phase offset between each antenna column pair; applying a second transmission phase offset to each antenna column of the second antenna half, wherein the second transmission phase offset of the second antenna half offset is 180 degrees in relation to the first antenna half; and transmitting the generated electromagnetic waveform whereto the first and the second phase offsets have been applied. The present invention also relates to an electronically steerable antenna system configured to execute the method.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to exemplary embodiments of radar systems for providing increased robustness against radar interference transmissions and methods for controlling such radar systems. The radar system comprises at least one radar antenna configured at least for receiving a radar signal, a radar signal dividing means, a first receiver device and a second receiver device. The first receiver device is configured for monitoring a first frequency range and the second receiver device is configured for monitoring a second frequency range, wherein the second frequency range is wider than the first frequency range and the first frequency range is a subset of the second frequency range. The second receiver device is configured for measuring interference levels within the second frequency range. The present disclosure further relates to exemplary embodiments of methods for controlling the radar system, wherein the methods refer to measuring interference levels within the second frequency range, analysing measured interference levels, determining favorable frequency channels within the second frequency range in respect to interference level and possibly changing operating frequency channel in respect to measured interference levels.

    Abstract: A method and a device for detecting at least one target in an image, wherein the image comprises a set of pixels with a magnitude assigned to each pixel is provided. The method comprises an iterative process until the K+1th target does not show a probability increase above a predetermined threshold value. The method is performed by creating a candidate free image, calculating, for the candidate free image, the probability of there being a target at each pixel, by using Bayes theorem, determining a location of the candidate target K+1 in the image, determining the probability that there is a target at the determined location, by determining the calculated probability of there being a target at the determined location. By performing the above, the most probable locations for targets in the image are located together with the probability that the location holds a true target.
