A bracelet clasp including three strips, and a cover hinged to one of the strips. The clasp is provided with first and second push-pieces and with a safety device preventing lateral movement of the cover causing the clasp to unlock when pressure is simultaneously exerted on the push-pieces. The safety device includes a spacer being received between the cover flaps, the ends of the spacer abutting against the cover flaps so as to prevent lateral movement of the cover causing the clasp to unlock when pressure is simultaneously exerted both on a push-piece and on a flap of the cover opposite the push-piece.
Abstract:
The watch comprises a case in which a watch movement is housed, this case being provided with a watch glass supporting a liquid zoom lens for visually magnifying, momentarily, one element of the watch movement which is visible through the watch glass. The liquid lens is formed by an elastic membrane and a first part of a reservoir comprising a transparent liquid. It is switchable between a non-magnifying state where the elastic membrane is substantially planar and a magnifying state where this elastic membrane is curved in response to pressure exerted on the transparent liquid. The watch comprises, in addition, an actuator, provided in order to vary the pressure of the transparent liquid by driving into an elastic wall of a second part of the reservoir, and means for controlling the actuator which can, in one variant, be activated by a user.
Abstract:
A timepiece assembly including a combined resonator with at least two degrees of freedom which includes a first linear or rotary oscillator with reduced amplitude in a first direction relative to which oscillates a second linear or rotary oscillator with reduced amplitude in a second direction substantially orthogonal to the first direction. The rotary oscillator includes a second weight carrying a sliding-block. A wheel set is arranged for application of a torque to the resonator, the wheel set including a groove in which the sliding-block slides with minimal play. The sliding-block is arranged at least either to follow curvature of the groove when present, or to rub with friction in the groove, or to repel the inner lateral surfaces of the groove by magnetically or electrically charged surfaces in the sliding-block.
Abstract:
A method for maintaining and regulating frequency of a timepiece resonator mechanism around its natural frequency, the method including: at least one regulator device acting on the resonator mechanism with a periodic motion, to impose a periodic modulation of resonant frequency or quality factor or a position of a point of rest of the resonator mechanism, with a regulation frequency between 0.9 times and 1.1 times the value of an integer multiple of the natural frequency, the integer being greater than or equal to 2 and less than or equal to 10, and the periodic motion imposes a periodic modulation of the quality factor of the resonator mechanism, by acting on losses and/or damping and/or friction of the resonator mechanism.
Abstract:
A timepiece escapement mechanism includes a stopper between a resonator and an escape wheel set. The wheel set includes a magnetized track with an angular period of travel over which its magnetic characteristics are repeated. The stopper includes a magnetized or ferromagnetic pole shoe that is mobile in a transverse direction relative to the direction of travel of an element of a surface of the track. The pole shoe or the track creates a magnetic field in a pole gap between the pole shoe and the surface. The pole shoe is opposite a magnetic field barrier on the track just before each transverse motion of the stopper commanded by the periodic action of this resonator. The stopper is multistable and arranged to occupy at least two stable positions.
