    Abstract: Provided are a method for a user equipment (UE) to perform early data transmission (EDT) in a wireless communication, and an apparatus supporting the same. The method may include: transmitting a first radio resource control (RRC) message for the EDT, to a base station; receiving a second RRC message in response to the first RRC message, from the base station; if the second RRC message indicates that the EDT is successful, considering that the EDT ends successfully; if the second RRC message indicates that the EDT is unsuccessful, considering that the EDT ends unsuccessfully; and entering a RRC_IDLE state.

    Abstract: Provided is a method and device for selectively transmitting a secondary cell group (SCG) failure information message to one of a master node (MN) and a secondary node (SN) in a wireless communication system. A user equipment (UE) detects a failure related to an SCG, and selectively transmits an SCG failure information message to one of an MN and an SN according to a reason for the failure related to the SCG. For example, if the reason for the failure related to the SCG is associated with the size of a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) buffer, the UE ma transmit the SCG failure information message to the SN.

    Abstract: The present application provides a method for transmitting or receiving a sidelink signal by a terminal in a wireless communication system.     Abstract: A method for a terminal to perform a cell re-selection procedure and a device supporting the method are disclosed. The method comprises: a step of receiving mobility state information indicating a mobility state of a terminal most suitable for each frequency; a step of measuring the mobility state of the terminal; a step of adjusting priorities by assuming, based on the mobility state information, that the frequency most suitable for the measured mobility state has highest priority; and a step of performing a cell re-selection procedure on the basis of the adjusted priorities.
