Abstract:
The present invention provides a method and an apparatus for updating an index and sequencing search results based on the updated index in a terminal. The method comprises: retrieving whether there is any modification in a file; if there is any modification in the file, performing an increment index the modified file to generate new index file, wherein the increment index includes a number of times that the modified file is selected historically; merging the new index file into the original index file; obtaining key words input by the user; querying the search results related to the key words, sequencing the search results according to the relevance between the search results and the key words and the number of times that the modified file is selected historically and displaying the sequenced search results to the user. By the present invention, the user experience of the mobile terminal is improved.
Abstract:
An adaptive equalizer including an equalizer filter and a tap coefficients generator used to process a sample data stream derived from a plurality of received signals is disclosed. The tap coefficients generator includes an equalizer tap update unit, a vector norm square estimator, an active taps mask generator, a switch and a pilot amplitude reference unit used to minimize the dynamic range of the equalizer filter. A dynamic mask vector is used to mask active taps generated by the equalizer tap update unit when an unmasked signal output by the equalizer filter is selected by the switch to generate an error signal fed to the equalizer tap update unit. A fixed mask vector is used to mask active taps generated by the equalizer tap update unit when a masked signal output by the equalizer filter is used to generate the error signal.
Abstract:
Architecture that improves error robustness in video coding and decoding. In particular, this can apply to motion vector prediction (MVP) such as a temporal MVP (TMVP). Flags can be used to indicate the use or non-use of a feature, such as to indicate whether the current slice uses or does not use TMVP, and to indicate in the slice header whether list prediction is allowed or not allowed. A flag can be signaled in sequence parameter set (SPS) or picture parameter set (PPS) as a way to enable an entire sequence to use or not use TMVP. TVMP can also be used to copy all the reference motion information to the current block. To address possible error problems, the full index of the TMVP can be recorded, and temporal information decoding refresh (TIDR) can be inserted into slices periodically.
