    Abstract: A waterproof induction container includes a container body and an induction actuated container cover. The container body includes a storage cavity and a container opening. The induction actuated container cover includes a control housing, a cover panel, and an automatic driving arrangement. The control housing has a side concealed compartment and a cover opening. The cover panel is pivotally mounted to the control housing to pivotally move between a closed position and an opened position. The automatic driving arrangement is concealed in the side concealed compartment of the control housing in a waterproof manner to prevent any contamination of the automatic driving arrangement by moisture, corrosive gas, and trash residuals.

    Abstract: A method and an apparatus for maintaining a quality of service (QoS) for a multi-media packet data service in a transport network is provided. The method comprises determining a first packet loss indication for a first flow of QoS traffic packets. The method further comprises determining a second packet loss indication for a second flow of QoS traffic packets, wherein the determination of the first packet loss indication for the first flow of QoS traffic packets is independent from the determination of the second packet loss indication for the second flow of QoS traffic packets. The method further comprises determining whether to drop the first flow of QoS traffic packets based on the first packet loss indication or to drop the second flow of QoS traffic packets based on the second packet loss indication. By using per-flow independent packet loss statistics to determine whether that flow should be dropped and gradually dropping such QoS flows having the most impact on a desired QoS performance, a reduced number of QoS flows may be dropped to recover a data transport network from congestion.

    Abstract: A sealed transmission device for a helium space of a high temperature gas cooled reactor and a drive device thereof are disclosed. The helium space (1) is enclosed by a chamber body (2), a pressure-bearing casing (3), a fastener (4) and a sealing element (5). A transmission member (8) is connected with an executing member (6) inside the helium space (1) and a motive member (7) outside the helium space (1) and transmits movements between them. The transmission member (8) is a magnetic shaft coupling which includes the pressure-bearing casing (3), a driving magnetic component (9) arranged outside the pressure-bearing casing (3) and a driven magnetic component (10) arranged inside the pressure-bearing casing (3). The motive member (7) and the driving magnetic component (9) are connected to each other to form a driving member, and the executing member (6) and the driven magnetic component (10) are connected to each other to form a driven member. The present invention can seal the thermal state radioactive helium space fully, and satisfy controllability and reliability requirements for the operations, such as big torque, long time and continuity, reciprocating rotation and frequent start and stop, etc.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a timing controller and a liquid crystal display comprising the same, wherein, the timing controller comprises a data converting module (10) for converting inputted serial video stream data into parallel video stream data, and a memory (30) for storing the parallel video stream data, and also comprises an output module (50) connected with the memory (30) for generating a predetermined clock signal and outputting the parallel video stream data under the control of the predetermined clock signal. With the technical solution of the present invention, the problem in the prior art is solved that the rate of the outputted video stream data is affected by the input. In addition, as the outputted video stream data is controlled by the clock signal it generates, this solves the problem of long locking duration of the timing controller in the prior art.
